Default Cramps in my ribcage?

Hey guys, been getting really strong cramps in my rib cage. I only do pushups and crunches but I do a lot of climbing and heavy lifting at work. Any idea why now and what I can do to alleviate them?

Magnesium and calcium, 600 mg of magnesiun preferably magnesium citrate. And 1200mg of calcium citrate.
don't forget to take that with vitamin "D"

I had that problem to, and in my thighs. I used hylands leg cramp formula with quinine. Don't know if quinine has a negative effect on boners but it sure does do the trick.

I don't have a web adress for hylands but i'll type it to see what i can get.

Good advice from Kingpole. Sometimes it can also be from lack of hydration. When I get occasional leg cramps, I pop three magnesium and calcium with vitamin D and drink several glasses of water and that usually resolves the problem.

My coach in football used to have us take pickle juice with the salt supplement, because it is an immediate aide to the terrible pain that accompanies most cramps. Most supplements take at least 15 minutes to dissolve and take effect on the small intestine and blood. The pickle juice also contains vinegar, which we all know has numerous benefits. When a really intense one happens, I've found it works wonders to cull the "knot" effect. Was usually back in after 2 plays...

Aww, the ol stitch in the side. Hurts like hell and you have to stop what you are doing and kind of bend at the waist. I used to get them from running. It's a hydration factor. Take a bottle of Gator Aid up on the roof with you and stay wet inside. I did my roof, complete tear off and re shingle, so I know thus of what you speak Sir PHammer.

I've been getting them since I was little. I find it easy to ignore them.

Awww...Please PHammer, report any unusual swelling in the sternum.
If you notice a slight tear in the skin. Please hit it with your framing ax. Um...The sharp end.

That was my gut, not my ribcage and I flushed the little beast. ( there have been times when I'd swear that turd had teeth and a tail)

Puked late last night, (1 a.m.) Hydration seems to be working, no cramps in several hours.
