Lets see now...........No lets don't. I'm done with this. I put my 10 cents in (yeah 10 cents, I'd like an 8 cent refund) and wish I hadn't.

Good luck with life in general if any of you have this condition where you deny reality.

Glad I don't take anything on the internet too serious.
Just for the record though I am with Nacho on this one, so is mainstream medical, for what that is worth.
Many people take megadoses of protein and creatine, which can be a problem.
So far as is now known, 10 g a day of creatine is safe for healthy people.

Will not bother with this thread further, or with people telling me man didn't go to the moon, or the holocost didn't happen etc etc.

O.K. Lets drop this before there are more hard feelings created.

Good discussion on different medical opinions on Creatine and Protien.

I have just started going to the gym again, so i will be taking both supplements to assist in growth and recovery. I now know that i will closely monitor my dosages and have to listen to my body incase it has adverse affects. It just shows that maybe something is good for 95% of the population, but 5% may have major issues such as failure of organs from simple supplements. Those numbers i quoted are not based on any study :P.

Good Thoughts on that Pauli. Even water can be dangerous if proper care is not taken. make sure and stay hydrated by drinking lots of fresh water.

Yes hydration is important when using creatine, especially if you use a loading phase.

Good words KP.

I made the same statement about Glutamine in my earlier PE Gym Career.
