Default Too young for Athritis?

I Just got back from the Doc's office and I tould him about wrist, elbow, and knee pain I've been having lately and he said I could likely have athritis. I'm 18 didn't even know it could happen that early. Well anyway I Just graduated from highschool I was very active. I lifted everyday and ran regularly. I also wrestled at 140 and im 5'8 so weight cant be the problem. I would say my diet is healthy and my family seems to be athritis free up until maybe 45 I'm the first to get it this early. Not exercising as much now but still atleast once a week. What do you guys think is wrong with me I felt no pain griding it out on the mat but now I feel pain in my knees while I'm just sitting.

I've fought it most of my life man so I know how it is. Lyme disease can cause arthritis and has been documented to have caused it in 6-12 year olds. It doesn't discriminate against young folks. A sad fact is there is no cure, though there are helpful remedies. You can google it and find many natural helps. Remember though also, maybe you dont have arthritis and maybe its just overworked joints that need rest. Good luck!!

Check out the works of Dr. Barry Sears. Lots of very good information on how EFA inbalances in the modern diet are major contributing factors with arthritis.
