Default lecithin

KP mentioned that we must avoid Soy. What about lecithin? A lot of food has Soy-derived lecithin as an emulsifier (for example sauces and chocolates).
My question is we should avoid these foods?

JP,
I am asking because i took a vitamin B complex containing lecithin and i was turtling all the time, when i stop it, the turtling dissappear.
So my question is simple and clear: Does lecithin reduce testosterone? Testosterone is not only for PE, is for sex, is for other muscles etc. I drink green tea instead of coffee because i want to enjoy my life and not because i like it more.
Feeding ourselfs for being healthy is a way to enjoy our life. Feeding ourselfs with something joyable is a univocal way of life.
Besides i don't think that one food could be irreplaceable and not so important that could GIVE a unique meaning in my life.
Finally i must refer that MY way of life is to search all the parameters, that's the reason i found this forum, that's me, that's my life.
You are helping A LOT this forum, so don't shade this helpfullness with irony

Respectfully,
Hiro

I'm not shading anything with irony. I have lived a long time and I enjoy my life, everyday, every minute. I eat what I want and enjoy what I eat. If some of the things I eat are going to knock a couple of years off my life, so be it. I'm not saying to deliberately eat things that you know are harmful, make good decisions.
If you get worrisome or stressed with analyzing every bite you consume, the stress alone will shorten your life. Like I said, enjoy your life, it only comes around once.

I enjoy my life too. I don't worry, i just want to know and search. I ENJOY TO SEARCH. That's why i plan to start again sometime this kind of vitamine that i guess it was the reason for turtling but i am not sure. If i was stressed i would throw them away.
NO STRESS JUST RESEARCH.
I am concerning always that stress is the worst thing for health (i have a satisfactory gain in my first month, and i believe if i was stressed i wouldn't get anything). Stress is the biggest enemy for immunizing system.
RESEARCH is the best way to reach targets in priority, and eating chocolate everyday is not a priority for me, is just a good and ambiguous nutrient.
Sorry that i like to be scholastic...
If anyone KNOWS anything, about the influence of lecithin in men's body, i would be glad to KNOW. All i know is that lecithin helps (mainly women) losing fat.

P.S. When someone say, "Seriously... enjoy your life" is speaking ironically, but we leave in a free world, i know that this was not flow from any bad intention though.

Hiro so far as is known lecithin is positive to health and is thought to have some heart healthy properties.
If you think it has some estrogenic effect ,(I doubt this) you could do some research on the net.
Jp has given you the best answer he knows; that it is not known to be harmfull.
Jp thinks in a different manner than you do and is not concerned with such minimal downsides.
KP may know more on this if you pm him.

Here is some readings on soy lecithin. If you are allergic to soy it is best to stay clear from it. When i was a baby i died from taking simulac baby formula. My mother then returned to he use of canned milk. Soy is one of the most allergic things on earth. The sings to look for is obvious digestive problems like bloating. If you are hypothyroid you should keep a good distance away from soy. Soy causes hypothyroid disease.

I have not read through these articles yet myself.
