I love liver and onions, to this day. All of our Beef is grass fed and butchered locally ( within 100 miles) unless you buy it from walmart or Publix I think.

Well, my ultimate favorite food is pizza. However, I realize that man does not live by pizza alone and I do thoroughly enjoy baked chicken breast, mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. I also enjoy just about anything that my mom makes............can't beat mom's cooking no matter what. Renee has been known to make these small, boneless pork chops, with glazed baby carrots and apples with potatoes and a salad. She's also been known to barbecue some boneless chicken breast and we'll have these seasoned potato wedges along with either steamed veggies or a salad. I also dig spaghetti. So, yes, I do enjoy good, healthy, balanced meals. I just can't handle the liver thing.

Kingpole, great post

One question for you. You mentioned that "Green tea raises DHT and testosterone when used alone. When combined with soy products it does the opposite according to more recent studies".

I drink Green Tea and am about to experiment with some 1200mg Lecithin tablets to see if I can increase my ejaculate. With the above statement in mind, do you think it would be unwise to take these tablets whilst drinking Green Tea?

Good, I'm very glad to hear that. It sounds like you guys are eating well. My parents practically raised me on Hamburger Helper and frozen pizzas. Until I learned to cook I had absolutely no idea that there were other foods than the ones that came out of a box or the ones in the produce section.

Do you have a crock pot or some other type of slow cooker? If you ever want to impress the hell out of your darling Renee just make her a meal in of those things. You could make a Thanksgiving Day type meal with about a fourth of the effort. The possibilities are totally endless. One of my favorites things to do is to just take a big hunk of pork shoulder cut it up into smaller hunks (about 2'' by 2'') and throw it in the slow cooker with two or three big carrots (peeled and cut into smaller chunks) and 4 or 5 whole cloves of garlic. Pour in some really fruity red wine (Pinot Noir or Beaujolais) and some vegtable stock until the meat is covered. Turn the cooker on high for about four hours, then turn it to low for another half. After that you're ready to eat, just serve the contents over some egg noodles. Renee will beg for more of your good cookin'....trust me.

I think lecithen would be OK unless you are allergic to soy then it may cause stomach upset.

Right on! Don't eat organ meat that filters anything - liver or kidney.
