You all sound soft with what you are willing to eat, I am game to try nearly anything within reason. Just today i went down to a farm and killed some sheep, butchered up the meat and then had a fantastic meal from the the liver, kidney and stomach(tripe). It was so fresh and delicious when cleaned and cooked properly.
Will be hunting some kangaroo and rabbit soon for some game meat, can not wait !!!!

Indian gooseberry, this is widely used in Indian medicine for hair and sexual related problems. One fruit a day keeps one in top notch all round health it seems. I have lot of them in our farm back home, just trying to find a right method to preserve them.

Default Pickle for Penis Health

Ingredients:

250 gms farm fresh ginger

15 green chillies

200 grams garlic

Red chili powder

tamarind (this is sour and sweet taste is used in Indian medicine for various cures, used as preservative for most of the pickles)

olive oil 200ml

Table Salt

Procedure :

Chop ginger to small pices, remove skin of garlic, fry them with little virgin coconut oil add tamarind green chili stop frying and add olive oil, bottle them. awesome it is, my mom made this for me. The taste will get better as the days pass by.

This is very addictive as i write i am getting salivation...

Caution: Those who is not used to spicy food will have problem to start with.

Pauli, Roo tastes great. I'm not really into hunting (doesn't seem fair to me if I have a gun), so I've never had fresh ones but the Kangaroo Sausages or Kangaroo steaks taste great. Really healthy too, very lean meat.

cumming to the end of a 2 month brake!!!
I have lost a good portion of gains ,at the end of the brake i will be doing :

25mcg -igf
every other day along with 6-8 hours of stretches and 30min of 60% erection jelqing and depending how I feel I will add in cialis at 20mg and clamping

This could possibly be why i am having such good gains with p.e. i have been a strong advocate of omega-3's since like my 2nd week of p.e. i thought they were only increasing the blood flow to my unit but according to your post kingpole it actually increases the levels of DHEA in the body someone else who has Extrodinary gains with p.e. Going411by7 is also an advocate of these wonder pills. I am defiantly glad i decided to start taking them ; )

Oh also Zinc is an excellent testosterone booster it takes time but it elimanted excess estrogen from your body and promotes testosterone i have also been taking this suppliment since i think my 2nd month of p.e.
