    Hey guys,

The only method I found so far is to not urinate for a while. Therefore, while you do your cardio/weightlift exercises, you'll want to pee really badly..this will make your flaccid bigger and heavier, so it wont turtle so much.

Also...go to the bathroom, take a paper towel and put hot water on it. Wrap it around your turtled penis for a few seconds, this will help.

Do you guys know of any other methods? Turtling is bad for you and you should avoid it all the time.

I don't think turtleling is bad for you, just an inconvience. Stay away from energy drinks, weight loss stackers and caffeine. I take abouit 3 grams of AAKG before a workout it helps not to turtle as much even if ylou do cardio. You can also sit down and watch TV for about 20 minutes before going to the showers. Or go into the hot sauna or steam room.

I have been traction wrapping and it works great. I am a life long constant turtler, but now I am addicted to this traction wrapping because it prevents the turtling. I have been wearing it all day for the past 4 days in a row, including at the gym.

Can you tell me more about this? What type of wrapping material are you using? How did you get this? How does it work?

    Thanks

    Traction Wrapping 101

Gotta remember this... blood is going to where it needs to be in your body when you exercise or lift. Penis = unimportant. Wrapping will still take MOST of the blood away, but keep it from shrinking inside you.

personaly i use bandage wrap cut about 22 inches of it fold it in half (width wise) get sizzors cut about 4 inches length wise (so you can tie it at the bottom) start wraping under the glans wrap in round 3 times quite tight then stretch it out like a normal stretch and start wraping down the shaft till you get to the bottom(while still stretching) once at the bottom tie it.should have a good flacid hang the full time its on works great for me. its a good idea to take it off at when going to bed,can be uncomforatable when you get a woodie!

I use the Johnson & Johnson no hurt bandage wrap. Like hardcore says, I start under the glans and work my way down. But instead of tying it off, I just use sports tape. I wrap a piece of tape all the way around the base, and another piece of tape under the glans. The tape under the glans really prevents the head from slipping out.

Absolutely. It is supposed to turtle while exercising or lifting and to hold your pee while straining during a workout is nothing but an invitation for a nasty UTI or bladder problems that can catch up with you down the road, such as incontinence. If you take the time to monitor the ebb & flow of the penis, you'll see that one of the best flaccid hangs you'll ever have is a short time after some good exercise (whether cardio or strength based), especially after having a good post-workout meal/shake. The increase in Nitric Oxide post-workout is such that I'll usually walk around my place wearing nothing but sweatpants and the hang is so loose and plump that I feel like I'm John Holmes...just a tad smaller.
