Warm Up<br />
15 Minutes Of Bed Fowfer (Lay On Your Side, Put Flaccid Penis Between Your Legs, Shove A Pillow Up Against Your Cock And Keep It In Place, Now and Then Switch To The Other Side)<br />
Stretching<br />
Grasp your warmed up,FLACID (Try and stay as flacid as you can for these stretching exercises, 30% erection is ideal) penis between the thumb and first finger at the base. Palm toward belly. Stretch out slightly and do what are called Helicopter Shakes.&quot; Using your wrist, swing your penis around in a circle, about 5 revs per second for a quick count of 20. (kind of like twirling a key chain)<br />
<br />
Grasp your penis under the glans in the O.K. grip and stretch to the left. holding the stretch against the theigh. Do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)<br />
<br />
Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull. <br />
<br />
Return to the base and repeat &quot;Helicopter Shakes<br />
&quot;<br />
Stretch to the right and do 25 quick Kegels. <br />
<br />
Pull straight out and do 10 BIG circles to the left and ten circles to the right.<br />
<br />
Repeat &quot;Helicopter Shakes.<br />

Stretch straight out, do Kegels, repeat circle stretches.<br />
<br />
Repeat &quot;Helicopter Shakes.&quot;<br />

Exercises<br />
Wet Jelqs 5 Minutes<br />
Re Lube Often When It Starts To Feel Dry<br />
Grasp your penis at the base firmly, in the O.K. grip, palms faceing down.<br />
Slide, holding the grip, up to the glans. While holding the grip at the glans, start your other hand at the base. when half way up the shaft, release the grip at the glans and continue the slide up, trapping the blood at the glans and upper shaft. Both hands count as one rep. Repeat these &quot;Wet Jelqs&quot; for a count of 50 reps. If you become erected, stop and wait for it to subside some. You want to be about 60% to 70% erected for these. Do these slowly. About 3 or 4 seconds per rep. <br />
V Jelqs 5 Minutes<br />
These are done by useing the V between your middle and next finger. Cup your hand and slide up the shaft with your fingers curled toward your belly and the underside of your shaft resting in the &quot;V&quot;. The fingers should be rideing on the sides of your shaft. Make sure you use lots of lube as you want to slide smoothly for these exercises. When you reach the glans, start your other hand up. 30 V Jelqs<br />
Warm Down<br />

<br />
<b><font size="4">TURTLING (Hard Flaccid):</font></b>  I&#8217;m assuming most people have seen a turtle before at some point in their lives. Am I right about this? When you walk up to a turtle, unless he is a particularly frisky one, he forces his head and neck into his shell. That&#8217;s what your penis does when you experience Turtling. I won&#8217;t go as far as to say it shrivels up, but it decreases in flaccid length dramatically but it maintains some level of hardness in the middle. Everyone at some point has experienced this.<br />
<br />
<br />
<b>Here's What MAY Be Causing Your Turtling or Hard Flaccid:</b><br />
<br />
(1) <b>Overtraining</b> &#8211; Turtling can definitely occur if you have trained your dick too hard. Usually this means too much Jelqing.<br />
<br />
(2) <b>Intense Workout</b> &#8211; This is not to be confused with overtraining. Sometimes your dick will turtle after PE if you have a good, intense workout. The key difference between the two is the longevity of the Turtling. If your dick remains turtled all day, all night, or doesn&#8217;t respond to stretching out, then you have probably overtrained. Turtling from an intense workout should subside from simply stretching your dick out after your session &#8211; or it should subside with 10-20 minutes after your session.<br />
<br />
(3) <b>Insufficient Warmup</b> &#8211; this is self-explanatory. If you did a PE session without a warmup or a terrible one, than I have found this to be a cause of Turtling. Always warm up until your penis is red and hot, raring to go!<br />
<br />
(4) <b>Jelqing Pressure</b> &#8211; your dick may turtle because you have applied too much pressure while Jelqing. Remember to use a soft grip. It doesn&#8217;t take much to get blood moving around in there. So you don&#8217;t have to choke your poor guy.<br />
<br />
(5) <b>Stretching too hard</b> &#8211; Remember not to stretch hard enough to pull your dick right off. That&#8217;s bad, not to mention probably painful. Beginners should stretch lightly, just hard enough to feel a pull.<br />
<br />
(6) <b>Gym Workout / Cardio / Normal Exercise</b> - Typical event.  Generally, exercising will cause your penis to turtle and become small.  The blood in your body is busy supplying your other muscles.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<b>Ways to Reduce Turtling: Here are some ways that I have found that can reduce Turtling, or even stop it from happening all together:</b><br />
<br />
(1) Lighten your Jelqing pressure (even if you think it is already too light)<br />
<br />
(2) Try reducing your Jelqing. Not much. 10-15 reps can be the difference between overtraining and being just right. The goal is to find what is right for YOU.<br />
<br />
(3) Reduce your stretching tension<br />
<br />
(4) Increase your warmup time. If you warmup for under 8 minutes right now and you tend to turtle, try warming up for 10 minutes or more.<br />
<br />
(5) Drink Green Tea! Yes, I have found this shit really helps with not only erectile quality, but it seems to give me a better flaccid too. I don&#8217;t know why. Kingpole has a wonderful erection tea. I personally hate ginger though but be sure to try that too. It helps! I drink a cup before bed every night.<br />

(7) Jerking off too much can possibly cause Turtling. I&#8217;m not ready to say this for a fact but I am finding this to be somewhat true. I have had no signs of Turtling ever since I basically quit jerking off.  Try edging instead!<br />
<br />
(8) Daily Warm-ups. This is something I am also starting and I am encouraging some others to do as well. It&#8217;s quite simple. Try giving your dick a warmup session every day. Even on your days off. I do two warm-ups a day. I spend about 3 minutes in the shower with hot water focusing on my penis. When I&#8217;m done, I do 10 JAI stretches. I then warmup later on with my rice sock, usually at night. I think this can really really help!<br />
<br />
(9) If you have prolonged Turtling, for day and days, and none of these tips have helped you, you might greatly need some time away from PE. Try taking a week off, or 2, and then come back and apply some of these tips.</div>

I started PE two years ago but had to give it up three months in due to privacy issues. Recently I've been able to spend more time alone and thought it'd be a great chance to get back into PE without people wondering why I spend so much time in the shower.<br />
 <br />
I had issues with size when I was younger. Not only am I a virgin but I'm also a quiet, small guy; so locker rooms in high school were my own personal hell. Other people seeing my penis was a worse scenario than every doomsday movie you've ever seen to me. Since then I've grown up a little and realized that I was perfectly average in the pants-secret department.<br />
 <br />
Still though, if you have the choice, would you rather be average or above average? That's why I'm here. No ED, no &quot;micropenis&quot;, no insecurities-I just want to be better than normal.<br />
 <br />
I'm planning on doing a slightly different routine than Jpop's. I don't think it's bad; I'm just used to doing the one from Thunder's Place. Kind of. Needless to say my routine is very bare bones mostly because I'm going with the &quot;Less is more&quot; theory:<br />

10 Minute warm-up<br />
Manual stretch in all five directions (Five repetitions)<br />
10 Minutes of wet Jelqing<br />
10 Minute warm-down<br />

Very simple. It goes without saying that It'll change when I need it to but it's working fine for now.<br />
 <br />
I'm planning on measuring every two weeks but I sometimes pull out the ruler anyway just to make sure I'm not reading it wrong or something. My beginning measurements are:<br />

BPEL 6.125 (1/8; I know the three decimal places look stupid)<br />
NBPEL 5.75<br />
MSEG 4.875<br />
 <br />
Goal: 7 x 5.75, although really if I get stuck after I hit 5.5 inches of girth I'll still be very happy.<br />
 <br />
 <br />
As a special twist ending, I've already been doing this for three weeks. I know I'm supposed to be measuring every two weeks but I figured what the hell and measured a week early. Unfortunately I can't get the bone-pressed measurement right now and I've made no gain in girth, but my non-bone pressed length has gone up to 5 15/16, or 5.937, from 5.75 in just three weeks! Going good so far.</div>

So, I've been solely erect Kegeling for about a month and a half now and I have some questions for the PE nation.<br />

Right now, I'm not worried about size at 7x6 I'm feeling good about that aspect, although I'd like it to be as hard as it can be when it comes to sex.<br />
<br />
I started straight into erect kegeling per a suggestion I saw on the forum and my routine is as follows.<br />
<br />
Get an erection<br />
5 sets of 15 erect kegels sitting down<br />
5 sets of 15 erect kegels standing up<br />
<br />
One day on, one day off.<br />
<br />
Starting off like that, I got rock hard erections ALL THE TIME. When I had sex with my girlfriend, she actually complained that it was TOO hard and we had to stop. (May seem as a negative, but this was a massive boost in my confidence) <br />
<br />
For some reason I seem to of started to wane off, and am almost back down to normal errections. Also, my morning wood isn't as frequent. <br />
<br />
At this point, is this an indicator to ramp up my routine? Ad another set of 15? <br />
<br />
OR<br />
<br />
is this a negative indicator to back off and do less?<br />
<br />

I'd love some feedback guys, what you're all doing here changes lives weather you like to believe it or not. Thanks for all your support.</div>

I have gained half inch in my girth and length. I was at 6.5 EL and 4.5 EG and now I am currently at 6.75 and 4.75. I am also at 6:00 LOT so I'm suppose to gain slow. I used a measuring tape this time. Maybe I measured wrong the first time but my penis looks a lot stronger with bulging veins. I also edge after each workout. Wow this is truly amazing. I was waiting till the end of nov. to measure but I was just too tempted. If I didn't measure wrong the first time then I have gained half an inch! This is amazing. If these gains continue to grow by the end of my 90 commitment I will def. donate to this gym. Haha this is truly a reward. :)</div>

You can perform these in little circles, big circles, from left and to the right, whether shallow or deep, in order to maximise pleasure for both yourself and for your lover. So screw her good! It is also important to note that your lover is fully aroused before you 'enter' them, allowing for much easier and pleasurable penetration. <br />

There are also 9 types of basic thrust that I have found, each of which will provide a different form of pleasure. Each have also been coupled with analogy by the ancient Tau people in order to help you better understand how they should be performed:</font></font><br />
