I started PE two years ago but had to give it up three months in due to privacy issues. Recently I've been able to spend more time alone and thought it'd be a great chance to get back into PE without people wondering why I spend so much time in the shower.<br />
 <br />
I had issues with size when I was younger. Not only am I a virgin but I'm also a quiet, small guy; so locker rooms in high school were my own personal hell. Other people seeing my penis was a worse scenario than every doomsday movie you've ever seen to me. Since then I've grown up a little and realized that I was perfectly average in the pants-secret department.<br />

Still though, if you have the choice, would you rather be average or above average? That's why I'm here. No ED, no &quot;micropenis&quot;, no insecurities-I just want to be better than normal.<br />
 <br />
I'm planning on doing a slightly different routine than Jpop's. I don't think it's bad; I'm just used to doing the one from Thunder's Place. Kind of. Needless to say my routine is very bare bones mostly because I'm going with the &quot;Less is more&quot; theory:<br />
 <br />
 <br />
10 Minute warm-up<br />
Manual stretch in all five directions (Five repetitions)<br />
10 Minutes of wet Jelqing<br />
10 Minute warm-down<br />

 <br />
Very simple. It goes without saying that It'll change when I need it to but it's working fine for now.<br />
 <br />
I'm planning on measuring every two weeks but I sometimes pull out the ruler anyway just to make sure I'm not reading it wrong or something. My beginning measurements are:<br />
 <br />
BPEL 6.125 (1/8; I know the three decimal places look stupid)<br />
NBPEL 5.75<br />
MSEG 4.875<br />
 <br />
Goal: 7 x 5.75, although really if I get stuck after I hit 5.5 inches of girth I'll still be very happy.<br />
 <br />
 <br />
As a special twist ending, I've already been doing this for three weeks. I know I'm supposed to be measuring every two weeks but I figured what the hell and measured a week early. Unfortunately I can't get the bone-pressed measurement right now and I've made no gain in girth, but my non-bone pressed length has gone up to 5 15/16, or 5.937, from 5.75 in just three weeks! Going good so far.</div>

<b>Weekly Exercise Program:</b><br />
 <br />
The idea behind my program is to do a little bit of something every day. I don't focus on reps as I feel that is a bad way to think about PE. It's my philosophy that 1 really good slow jelq that takes 15 seconds is just the same as 3 really good reps that take 5 seconds each. Time spent stretching and degree of relaxation is more important to me than number of reps. I don't count seconds or anything like that either. I just make sure I'm going slow and I'm relaxed. If I feel that I need to go slower than I do. If I feel that I can go quicker, than I do.<br />
 <br />
Below you can see that I have one intense day of length exercise one day of intense girth exercise. Off days are either a light girth workout, or a light length workout. It is my philosophy that the tunica and ligaments are separate parts of the penis that can be exercised separately. It is very difficult for me to take days off completely, so I've provided a program that lets me do something every day.<br />
 <br />
On any given &quot;off-day,&quot; I may remove the workout altogether if I don't feel recovered, or I can add edging to my workout if I feel good. I feel that listening to my penis is the prioriety.<br />
 <br />
Before I start this program, I want to make sure that I'm fully recovered from previous workouts, so I'm going to take 2 days off entirely and then 1 or 2 days of just my Day 7 warm-up. So I won't start my program until Friday or Saturday.<br />
 <br />
Day 1: Intense Length Workout/Girth Conditioning<br />
JAIs with increasing intensity from very light to moderate (45 min)<br />
Light Jelqing (15 minutes)<br />
Edging (20-30 minutes)<br />

I had heard of PE and never really thought that there was anything behind it or else why isn't everyone growing a bigger dick.. right? However, after reading over some of the forums and seeing that real people are having success with this I decided.. why not? I have some extra time I can waste in the shower. So, I started about a week ago.. tonight is my first night back on after what im going to call the first week of JP's 90 day routine (I was somewhat doing it for a few days then took a day or two off.. then started again and it took talking to a mod to make sure I was doing everything right and not gona mess up my member as I've noticed a few others put themselves at risk. That would suck.)<br />
 <br />
This is where its gotten interesting for me though. My starting stats as of about 2 weeks ago were:<br />

FG - 10.6cm<br />
FL - 10cm<br />
EG - 11.6cm<br />
EL - 14.7cm<br />
 <br />
I didnt know about BPEL as I hadn't done enough looking around on here yet. So, roll forward about a week and did some more measurements as I had noticed a change already and was interested after only a few actual days of PE and not even the whole proper thing.<br />
 <br />
FG - 11.4cm<br />
BPFL - 11.5cm<br />
EG - 12.4cm<br />
BPEL - 15.5cm<br />

So, obviously the BPEL and BPFL will be larger than the previous FL/EL, but my girth has noticeably jumped. I think part of the EG is due to EQ.. everyone has noticed im sure that when you first start PE your erections seem much stronger and harder, seen that comment in several places. So, again roll forward to this past friday.. first day off of JP's 90 day routine.. but I was bored and decided to entertain myself and midway through, why not some edging? To spare the details, I thought I looked big.. so I took 2 quick measurements but remeasured 3 times due to my surprise.<br />
 <br />
BPEL - 16.5cm<br />
EL - 15.2cm<br />
 <br />
I didn't think to measure girth which I wish I would have. Now, I know those aren't HUGE changes.. however nearly a quarter of an inch to a solid 6 inches from 5.8 EL and well nearly a half inch onto my BPEL is a great start in my opinion in just a week or two. I understand part of this is possibly by error on my part in my initial measurements, but not by much if there is. I figure from reading and just general feelings that my ligaments down there were and are still very tight and have a lot of loosening to do as I can just feel it hanging differently instead of all taught. I have somewhat of a birthmark that used to sit right above my shaft on my stomach but it is now at the base of the pole. Basically, im pretty impressed with the routine and excited to see where I get with this as I've never really felt small.. since I've known that I was right on or around the average size. However, I have always wanted a little more size for myself just to have that extra something in the bedroom.. never had any problems in that area, but I just think it might be fun for myself to see that look that is always on a girl's face in a porn when she is getting stretched a bit.<br />
 <br />
So, my current hopes and short term goal for the JP's 90 day routine is to hopefully be one of the lucky 40% who see their first inch gain in the first 3 months.. add to that whatever girth comes along for the ride and I will be EXTREMELY happy.<br />
 <br />
My overall goal is somewhere between 7.5 and 8 in length by 5.5 to 6 in girth.. hah who wouldn't want the highly touted 8x6! but i'll be happy with anything over 7 to be honest.</div>

I am starting this thread for people that, like me, have also just started and want to share/discuss their journey. Although, it might be encouraging to hear success stories, the fact that you are so many sessions away from seeing gains on your own tool make me a bit pessimistic about my dedication if I am not to gain fast.<br />
So I hoped that with this thread, we could encourage each other as new starters and comment on gains if we manage any!!<br />

Hello. I guess I'm going by Organic here. I've known about PE since mid '04 but just didn't feel I had the privacy to do it. I'm not on my own and I feel I have the time and the privacy to really work at this. Tonight is going to be my first PE session in years. I'm going to start it off really slow. 10 minute warm-up 10 minutes of stretches 10 minutes of jelqs 10 minute warm-down with kegals inbetween.  Going to do 2 on 1 off or maybe even 2 on 1 off then go to WF and off for the weekends. Depends how I'm feeling but once I feel comfortable I'm going to start JonPop's Beginner guide 90 day 2 on 1 off the entire time. I also try to do a kegal routine of 100 quick kegals 50 2 second kegal holds 50 5 second kegal holds and 1 50 second kegal hold every other day or so. <br />

I'm starting off around <br />
5 1/2 BPEL<br />
5 1/2 EG <br />
5 3/4 BPFSL<br />

Short term goal is 6 1/2 by 6 with a long term goal of the typical 8x6. Nice to be apart of the community.<br />

I've done 2 days on and this is my off day.  I was almost going to start extra easy (or maybe I was feeling lazy) with a 1 on 1 off and taken yesterday off and I'm glad I didn't.  I did a little edging both sessions trying some new lasting tips I've read on the forums.  I came both days but still today I felt plump maybe the entire day.. Talk about great for the self esteem.<br />

This is going to be such a unique adventure for me as I'm not the most sexual person.  I've gone months and months without even the urge to jack off.  Usually I would end up jacking off because I'm afraid it'll come out as I sleep.  I really hope I stick with this. =)</div>

I had previously estimated my size and now found that I'm even smaller than I had thought.  Not too worried about it tho.  My routine is as follows for the next three weeks.<br />

15 minute warm up<br />
3 sets of streches, up, down, straight out, left, right.  30 seconds each.<br />
6 minutes jelq<br />
100 to 200 kegels every other day.<br />

I saw gains before, hoping to see them again.  EQ is down lately but stress and anxiety have contributed, (those issues now resolved hence back to schedule).  My goals clearly stated are 6&quot; BPEL and 4&quot; girth.  I don't want the world, mind you I don't plan to stop when I reach those either.  :)  Thus far only one day of PE and I have that slightly plump feeling and heaviness that I love so much after PEing.  Also on bathroom breaks I've taken to doing 10 very light JAI stretches as well as start stops.  Heres hoping gents.  I'm putting on a positive mindset this time, not the poisonous one I had before.  Hence the entirely new log.   For my jelqs I've been doing a kegel as I grip the base the push a little blood in, is this a good practice or bad?  nice slow 5 second strokes.  Anyway, its nice to be back guys.  I'll update at least once a week as to feelings, PI's, NI's etc.  See you soon.</div>

<br />
<b>Warm-up</b> with rice sock 10 minutes.<br />
<br />
<b>Stretches:</b><br />

Pull straight out, down, up, left, and right each holding for 25 kegels.  I don't do helicopter shakes, but rather &quot;circular stretches&quot; in between each of these.<br />
<br />
<b>Jelquing:</b><br />

50 wet jelqs<br />
50 V jelqs<br />

<b>Kegels:</b><br />

I try to 100-150 kegels throughout the day.  Most are just 1-2 second holds in rep sets. I will try to hold the last couple for 10 seconds.<br />
