(Please read to the tune of the "Budweiser Real Men of Genious" jingle)

For getting such a firm grip on a sensitive subject. For passionately stroking the small frail egos of so many men. For giving men all over the world the hope and prospect of a better self, a bigger self and a bulging self. For helping to fulfill as well as fully fill the vast voids in so many women's lives as well as their panties. For boldly reaching out with that which no man had reached out with before, at least no further than six inches or so. For challenging the very laws of nature and genetics without once ever harming a guinea pig or lab rat. And for giving men the opportunity to stand out and even stick out inches above and beyond the rest. Its as though you've helped rebuild them. made them Harder, Longer, Thicker and Stronger than they were, and you didn't have to spend six million dollars doing it. That's right Mr. Penis Exercising Man, thanks to you men are no longer hiding in restroom corners when they pee. Many men are no longer turning the lights out before undressing and sales figures show that demand for large and x-large sized condoms is going through the roof. All because of you Mr. Penis Exercising Man. For the hours, months and years spent tugging, jelqing and nurturing that special little friend. For your firm and throbbing commitment that proved once and for all that Big thingies do indeed come in small packages, For proving that its not necessarily how you "feel" but rather how you "fill" her that counts. We'll never see you crouching in the corner with your back turned to other would be defecators and urinators. You'll be the guy whipping it out with pride, not crouching and cowering to hide. For years to come, men will be admiring themselves in the mirror and as their massive manhood hangs heavy and low, they will be thinking of you. Truly a Penis Utmost Deserving, for all you do Mr. Penis Exercising Man, this PUD's for you.

I think I speak for everyone Aaron, when I say Thank you so much!!!

I thought I'd share some of my own PE related info that I've obtained over the years. Like many of you, I started this process wanting a bigger dick. When I think about where I started and now, it amazes me. And, there's a clear and defining reason why I continue this process. IT DOES WORK!

I've jelqed, Uli'd, injured, pumped and erect bent my dick over the course of a 5 year period all in the name of making it bigger. I can honestly say this process works and the benefits I've gained from it far outway any sacrifice I've personally made in getting to where I am now. It's ALL been worth it. A bigger, veinier, thicker, healthier cock that get sucked and fucked like crazy is what this is all about.

I started this process having to wear regular sized condoms as anything larger just rolled off my shaft. Now? Hell, it's a totally different story. I can't get the regular sized condoms to fit past my glans anymore without tearing. Now THAT is a GREAT feeling of pride and personal accomplishment.

All you new comers to this process, whatever you do, MAKE the commitment, it's well worth your time investment.

Hi guys, just wanted to give an update to those who have been following my journey, and anyone needing to know if p.e. actually works.

I have been exercising for about 3 1/2 months now, with a starting length of somewhere between 6 14/16 - 6 15/16. (Being Australian I was using the metric system, but to make it easier for the majority of people on this board, and to learn something new, I found a tape measure and ruler that measure in imperial, so my initial measurements are not entirely accurate.

But anyway I was definately under 7" to begin with for sure. My girth was never a priority for me, at about 5.5 just below the head, 5.75 mid, 5.5 base. So from reading on the forum, a pretty good starting point. I had had comments about having a nice thick unit in the past, so I thought it must have genuinely been good.

Anyway one of the main reasons I got into pe was that at 33 I started to think that maybe I was beginning to lose some hardness, wasnt getting morning wood that often and when treating myself like an amusement park, didnt seem to get that hard as much now.
I set myself a goal of getting to 7", which I did really quickly, and then I set a firm goal. Short term 7.5" BPEL, 8" BPFEL, with a long term goal of 8" BPEL, 6" EG

So I happened upon this site, thought it sounded strange, but gave it ago. I stuck quite closely to JP's 90 day beginner routine, except a few little changes here and there. I still do a modified version of this currently, just with a bit more volume.

Upon starting I definately noticed increase in hardness, not sure on the gains, because my initial readings were inaccurate. My gains in length came quite slowly, then I bought a magnum extender, and the gains really came quickly for 6 weeks. The last 2 weeks have been slow again, but I would expect that pe gains are definately not linear, there will be good months and bad months.

Anyway the point of this story is that after measuring several times last night, I definately measured 7.5 INCHES!! This was a massive motivation boost right when my motivation was starting to waver. I'm absolutely stoked! I'm getting rock hard wood, which was my main goal (ROCK of Fox). And now I am able to set my next goal to what the general community views as being the perfect size. So a very big thank you to all those who have posted on my log, helped me in other forums and been receptive to my constant messages. Thanks guys, couldnt have done it without you!!!

ps. Another benefit of my journey is that I have made new friends and found a caring community with an attitude to make other peoples lives better. A place where one can have healthy debate on topics ranging from sex, religion, sport and politics all at once! Who can complain about that?

Here is a link to my log, for anyone who is interested

I was tinkering around with the old calculator last night and I found this to be jaw dropping information. A while back I saw the formula for assessing the volume of a tube in one of the forums. So I finally put pencil to paper and this is what I discovered.

Formula:
L x Gsq= Volume
4 x 3.14

Before PE stat 7' BPEL & 5.25 EG total volume 15.362 cu. in.

Six month stat 8 1/4' BPEL & 5 7/8" EG total volume 22.096 cu. in.

I found the math to be a bit staggering so I did the math over and over again. Come to find that I increased total volume by 44%. That's a steady 7.3% monthly gain if you divide by total time spent doing PE ( six months ). Next I wanted to figure out what volume increase I needed to get to my goal of 9" x 6.25". It turned out to be 24%. So if I average this out, 7.3% per month, it should take me at least four months. So lets say March 1st. I will keep adding to the thread every two months to see if the gains are consistent with the laws of numerical order. Until then for those who want to check my math, please do so. I would hate to be drinking my own Cool Aid! Preferably though I would like for all interested to plug in your own numbers to the equation to see what your average is and time left to reach your goal. Who knows maybe we will find some common information. Numbers don't lie and that's why I posted this thread. Are there any takers?

Read between the lines, I'm sure as hell no entrepreneur. :)

What does this word really mean anyway?

According to Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, 10th Edition,
discipline, as a noun, is defined primarily as 'punishment.'

My, but that has a harsh ring to it. An alternate
definition is 'self-control.' Well, that's a little closer
to my idea.
I submit that discipline, as it relates to making your home
business a success, is the following:

D = Decision The decision to succeed at building a lucrative
must be a firm commitment, a fiery yearning in
your soul that you ARE going to do this. A flimsy, "Oh,
we'll see how it goes," attitude won't get you where you
want to go. Sorry. It's best that you know this up front.

I = Integrity You must relate on a mutually beneficial
plane with the rest of the world. If you think you can make
good by foisting a cheap bill of goods onto unsuspecting
customers, you're wrong. You might make a few quick
sales, but your success will be short-lived and your ruined
reputation might never recover.

S = Sincerity Do you really believe that your product is
worth it? Are you really concerned about helping the people
you do business with or are you just trying to "take their
money and run?" I know there are people out there like
that because I've been the victim of a few of them! Those
unfortunate experiences taught me that I certainly don't
ever want to be like one of the greedy bunch.

C = Concentration It is wise, especially in the beginning,
to concentrate your efforts on a single home business
program or business "guru." With so many ads enticing you
with rewards of abundant riches, it might be tempting to try
out a few at the same time. You should resist this
temptation.

Some people try to get their fingers into a few different
pies, hoping to speed up their inflow of cash, and the
results are disastrous. The problem is that as you spread
yourself so thin, you become unfocused, your enthusiasm
wanes, and you quite simply become confused as to details of
each program.

Such sloppiness generates few rewards, as any prospective
client will be quick to spot this lack of commitment. And
you may well become lulled into inaction by your confusion
and lack of focus.

I = Inspiration Where do you get yours from? Do you find
quiet time for yourself? An occasional mental vacation is
helpful, too. It's so important to visualize your desired aims,
to keep your goals lively in your imagination.

P = Pride Are you proud of your status as an entrepreneur?
You certainly should be! Or do you mutter, shrug your
shoulders, look down at your shoes or give a dismissive wave
of your hand when asked about your line of work? Can you
imagine any of the pioneers of the Old West acting like that?
Not on your life!

It takes courage and self-respect to venture forth into new
territory. Stand up straight and tall and hand out those
with pride, Brothers and Sisters!

L = Levity Can you take it lightly when a prospect rejects
your offer? You will be turned down much more often than
not, you know. That's just the nature of sales. It always
has been, always will be. It's nothing personal, my friend.

Really, you must internalize the fact that no one is rejecting
YOU. A prospect isn't ready to take advantage of what
you're offering? It's no big deal. Just remember, some will,
some won't, so what, someone's waiting. Don't even think
about letting it affect your self-esteem!

I = Introspection We must all take a good, hard look inside
our own selves to discover what is holding us back. No one,
but no one has the power to control your thoughts.

It is worth all the effort necessary to get your thoughts in
alignment with what you want to believe. It's not so easy,
because society is constantly telling us what and how to
think.

It takes boldness and a strong commitment to oneself to keep
the reins on our own thoughts. Thought is everything. Make
no mistake about it. Read, meditate, affirm, visualize, don't
give up, and then do it all over again. And again and again...

N = Nurturance Nurture yourself. So you want to be your
own boss, eh? Make sure you're working for a reasonable
and decent person. You wouldn't stand for it if a "regular"
boss called you an idiot and told you horrible things. So
please, don't ever do this to yourself. Treat yourself with the
same dignity and respect as you would expect from a terrific
boss.

By the same token, hold yourself to the same standards of
performance and accountability that any responsible employer
would. You wouldn't expect your boss to stand for it if you
decided you just didn't feel like showing up for work, right?

Would a boss allow you to sit through TV reruns while there
was work to be done? We both know better than that.

E = Evaluation What's working? What's not working?
Make changes, modify, tweak, but DON'T GIVE UP.

Do you remember the first time you tried to drive a car?
When you slammed on the brakes instead of coming to a nice,
smooth halt, did you jump up out of the driver's seat and cry
out, "I give up! I can't do this!"

No, of course you didn't. And the analogy is really not that
far-fetched, is it?

Building a successful home business requires commitment,
attention, patience and, yes, a healthy dose of discipline.
Come on, you can do it! The rewards are tremendous!

All through life we encounter many different people , some of whom at times impact our lives in a very profound way. There are those who might cause us much pain and suffering, but there are also those also who are always at the ready, to lend assistance and support as we face challenges far too great to tackle on our own.
There are millions of men who would pay large amounts of money to increase the size of their penis and they spend millions of dollars every year in trying to do so. There are also fortunate individuals such as myself, who without spending much if anything, accomplish this task, simply with the help of a concerned friend or stranger. I've added an inch of length to my manhood and almost another inch in girth, and I owe it to concerned individuals who have dedicated themselves to helping others. There are many owed a debt of gratitude from myself as well as thousands of others but today I focus on one.
A total stranger, with no promise of compensation or gain reached out his hand to me and said "Hey and welcome" and then proceeded to oversee my education and application of that gained knowledge, constantly supporting me and motivating me to the point of success. He chastised me a few times and I needed it, but he always had faith in me, even when I didn't feel I deserved it. I not only had a coach and instructor, but through the process I had a good friend who indeed had my best interest at heart and wanted success for me as much as I wanted it for myself. I'll say again, there are more than one who could fit this description, just as there are hundreds or thousands of you who fit my self description, but today the focus is on the one.

Hey guys whats up John here just thought i would post up some good news. So in these last two months i have gained a total of an inch on my unit girth and length combined. although i havent actually hit 7'' bpel yet i have hit it flaccid many times.

If you take a look at my sig you will see that i started out at 6 1/2'' bpel and 6 9/16'' bpfl as well as 4 3/4'' eg
Well now i am at 6 3/4'' bpel 7'' bpfl and 5 1/4'' eg so in total that is a half inch gain in bpfl a 1/4'' gain in bpel and a 1/2'' gain in eg so for only two months of work i am pretty damn excited this shit works guys oh also this last month i didnt miss one single work out i was doing the 2 days on 1 day off routine although i missed liek 2 or 3 work outs last month i saw more progress in my first month but i guess faster newbie gains can be expected in the first month for some.

So basically my workout for these gains has increased slowly over time i started out doing
about 5-10 mins of letting the water run in the shower then
about 10-15 mins of streching in the shower all directions about 30 seconds a strech then
25 rotary strectches
then about 10 mins or 300 jelqs

And currently i am doing a longer and more intense work out which consists of
10 min warm up
basic stretch all directions
A strech left right up and down
strech diagonals ( all stretches are 45-50 secs long)
50 rotatry stretches ( 25 each direction)
doing about 600-610 jelqs
a few random warm down stretches
every 2nd pe work out i edge for 5-10 mins and have stopped cumming because i think it affects my EQ the next day and ive been trying to keep eq as high as possible
5 min warm down

and i am still getting all postive p.i's with this more intense work out so i dont see any reason to cut it down

Oh also i have been taking 2400mg of omega-3's daily since my 2nd week and also i have started taking 1000mg of L-arginine about 2 weeks ago i attribute some of my gains to these suppliments since they are for cardio vascular health and the veins in my unit have become very large and the blood flow to my unit is excellent

But anyway guys just wanted to post up my first two months of success hope you guys are having success as well!
good luck and keep up the good work guys
Hard work Dedication and persistance will lead to success!

I've been at PE now for three months. I've gained 0.45" inches in erect length, 0.4" inches in bone-pressed stretched flaccid length, and 1/8" inch in girth.

The gains have been slow, but unmistakable. When I first measured my erect length on June 24, 2009 I was 6.25" and now I'm 6.7". The change in girth is negligible, and I only measure 1/8" girthier at my most erect (but it has changed too).

What's most surprising to me is that, although I've been consistent in doing PE, I've only felt like I'm doing it "right" in the last three weeks or so. I noticed a marked difference in the first couple of weeks in terms of hardness, morning wood, and how hard I got during a second round of sex, but I was having a difficult time at first keeping myself in that 30%-30% erect range for jelqing.

Surprising, too, is that I've changed my routine. For the first two weeks I did 5 on/2 off, then I switched to 3 on/1 off for two months, and for the last two weeks I've been 5 on/2 off. I started out Kegeling every day and now I do it every other day and less intensely. I got good results from the (over-)Kegeling I was doing early on, but it also backfired on me. I strained myself and it hurt my sexual performance a couple of times.

I've also altered my goals. At first I was aiming for 8" x 5.5" and now I'm aiming for 7.25" x 5.0~". After a little thought I realized that the latter measurements are closer to my personal ideal -- and what I think would feel and look best with my body. I may adjust my final goal once I break 7" x 5".

The only disappointment I feel is that I'm more eager to gain girth than length (but I can't complain!) My EQ at 6.7" is as good as it was at 6.25", and probably a bit better now with all the jelqing.

What I've learned through experience:

* light to moderate pressure in jelqing is, indeed, all that's necessary

* it's VERY EASY to overwork your penis (If I jelq for more than twenty minutes I run a risk of feeling achy later or of getting a red spot.)

* overdoing it on Kegels is VERY EASY (In the end of July I strained my PCs. They were constantly tense for a couple of days and it resulted in my coming more quickly than I wanted to in sex a couple of times.)

* PE works!

What I'm still figuring out:

* how much Kegeling is right for maintaining versus building strength

* which girth exercises are going to work best for me

Lastly, my girlfriend knows that I'm doing these exercises and she is supportive. She has a felt a difference in my EQ and has appreciated it. I also look longer to her and she can feel it in certain positions.

I'm celebrating today.
