Due to my job and already current busy schedule I don't have all the time in the world to PE. My LOT is strongest at 12:00 straight up. Perhaps that has something to do with my quick gains. I was wondering if I could utilize a hanger atleast VERY light and not for long maybe only thirty minutes at a time. Because some days I'm busy at the computer and could use the hanger. I know your suppose to complete the 90 day routine before advancing but would there be anything wrong with some light hanging? Also I've done JP's 90 day routine three days in a row and I feel sore at the base of my penis. Is this normal? Should I take tomorrow off?<br />

Also my penis size erect is 4 1/2 inches and is now nearly 5 I remember measuring it with the same tape and the same way two years ago and I was six inches. But then I met my crazy girl friend who was addicted to sex and wanted to me just jam it in without even if her pussy was dry so I think I may of injured my dick from having extremely rough sex with her everyday sometimes even twice a day. Anyways were broken up now....and I'm kinda glad.</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>So I started PE 4 weeks ago. Started with warming my penis up by soaking it in a warm/hot water filled jug for 5 mins while showering. Then I applied some lubricant to it, completed 100 jelqs. I use one hand to hold all the skin/balls etc back, and jelq 50 times with the other hand. Then swap hands. My penis is always flaccid to start with (when being warmed) and once i touch it it usually gets into the semi-erect stage... by this I am assuming its somewhat erect but still pointing 'infront/down' of you not 'up/at' you? <br />
<br />
Then after a min or so break I do the same thing but 100 v-jelqs. 50 with each hand. alternating. so one right hand v jelq. then one left hand v jelq. and so on. 100 in total.<br />
<br />
Then I soak my semi-flaccid penis in warm water again for 5 mins. Dry myself with a towel. Continue with the day.<br />
<br />
I repeat this two days in a row, rest one day, repeat for 3 days, rest one day. Then the next week I did the same thing but increased it to 150 jelqs and v-jelqs in week 3 and 4. <br />
<br />
I also take Optimen vitamin tablets btw. So far, I have not seen any gains and it doesn't feel much different either. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I am not sure. Can someone help me please?</div>

I watch a youtube video about it and was convinced. So I followed a routine that went something like...<br />

-10min warm-up<br />
-10min stretching <br />
-15min jelqing<br />
-10man warm-down. <br />
<br />
I'v been doing this routine for about a year and I'v only gained about 0.5 inches in length. \<br />
<br />
I was thinking about started JP 90 day challenge and pretend like I'v never even started jelqing. But I'm was<br />
concerned that it wouldn't be as effective. <br />
<br />
<b>Any advice is appreciated. </b></div>
