Warm Up<br />
15 Minutes Of Bed Fowfer (Lay On Your Side, Put Flaccid Penis Between Your Legs, Shove A Pillow Up Against Your Cock And Keep It In Place, Now and Then Switch To The Other Side)<br />
Stretching<br />
Grasp your warmed up,FLACID (Try and stay as flacid as you can for these stretching exercises, 30% erection is ideal) penis between the thumb and first finger at the base. Palm toward belly. Stretch out slightly and do what are called Helicopter Shakes.&quot; Using your wrist, swing your penis around in a circle, about 5 revs per second for a quick count of 20. (kind of like twirling a key chain)<br />
<br />
Grasp your penis under the glans in the O.K. grip and stretch to the left. holding the stretch against the theigh. Do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)<br />
<br />
Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull. <br />
<br />
Return to the base and repeat &quot;Helicopter Shakes<br />
&quot;<br />
Stretch to the right and do 25 quick Kegels. <br />
<br />
Pull straight out and do 10 BIG circles to the left and ten circles to the right.<br />
<br />
Repeat &quot;Helicopter Shakes.<br />

Stretch straight out, do Kegels, repeat circle stretches.<br />
<br />
Repeat &quot;Helicopter Shakes.&quot;<br />

Stretch straight up do Kegels and repeat circle stretches.<br />

Exercises<br />
Wet Jelqs 5 Minutes<br />
Re Lube Often When It Starts To Feel Dry<br />
Grasp your penis at the base firmly, in the O.K. grip, palms faceing down.<br />
Slide, holding the grip, up to the glans. While holding the grip at the glans, start your other hand at the base. when half way up the shaft, release the grip at the glans and continue the slide up, trapping the blood at the glans and upper shaft. Both hands count as one rep. Repeat these &quot;Wet Jelqs&quot; for a count of 50 reps. If you become erected, stop and wait for it to subside some. You want to be about 60% to 70% erected for these. Do these slowly. About 3 or 4 seconds per rep. <br />
V Jelqs 5 Minutes<br />
These are done by useing the V between your middle and next finger. Cup your hand and slide up the shaft with your fingers curled toward your belly and the underside of your shaft resting in the &quot;V&quot;. The fingers should be rideing on the sides of your shaft. Make sure you use lots of lube as you want to slide smoothly for these exercises. When you reach the glans, start your other hand up. 30 V Jelqs<br />

So, I've been solely erect Kegeling for about a month and a half now and I have some questions for the PE nation.<br />

Right now, I'm not worried about size at 7x6 I'm feeling good about that aspect, although I'd like it to be as hard as it can be when it comes to sex.<br />

I started straight into erect kegeling per a suggestion I saw on the forum and my routine is as follows.<br />
<br />
Get an erection<br />
5 sets of 15 erect kegels sitting down<br />
5 sets of 15 erect kegels standing up<br />
<br />
One day on, one day off.<br />
<br />
Starting off like that, I got rock hard erections ALL THE TIME. When I had sex with my girlfriend, she actually complained that it was TOO hard and we had to stop. (May seem as a negative, but this was a massive boost in my confidence) <br />
<br />
For some reason I seem to of started to wane off, and am almost back down to normal errections. Also, my morning wood isn't as frequent. <br />
<br />
At this point, is this an indicator to ramp up my routine? Ad another set of 15? <br />

OR<br />

is this a negative indicator to back off and do less?<br />

I have gained half inch in my girth and length. I was at 6.5 EL and 4.5 EG and now I am currently at 6.75 and 4.75. I am also at 6:00 LOT so I'm suppose to gain slow. I used a measuring tape this time. Maybe I measured wrong the first time but my penis looks a lot stronger with bulging veins. I also edge after each workout. Wow this is truly amazing. I was waiting till the end of nov. to measure but I was just too tempted. If I didn't measure wrong the first time then I have gained half an inch! This is amazing. If these gains continue to grow by the end of my 90 commitment I will def. donate to this gym. Haha this is truly a reward. :)</div>

This is the most vital part of any sexual relationship, the part for which that you'll be remembered more than any other, and the part within which you can be the closest and most personal to your lover. It is important to remember the basic tips section once again, this section covers thrusting technique but there are other, extremely important factors such as communication and relaxation. Remember to take care of your lover, listen to them and don't just go at it like a bat-out-of-hell, completely oblivious to their needs and desires. <br />

</font></i><b><font face="Verdana">Basic thrusting:</font></b><font face="Verdana"><br />
<br />
Onto the subject of thrusting, it's important to understand that properly loving and satisfying your partner is going to come down to more than just mindless pounding! In order for any technique to work properly it is vital to understand the importance of hip movement. Think about the term 'screwing' in relation to sex, this actually refers to circular motions. You can perform these in little circles, big circles, from left and to the right, whether shallow or deep, in order to maximise pleasure for both yourself and for your lover. So screw her good! It is also important to note that your lover is fully aroused before you 'enter' them, allowing for much easier and pleasurable penetration. <br />
<br />
There are also 9 types of basic thrust that I have found, each of which will provide a different form of pleasure. Each have also been coupled with analogy by the ancient Tau people in order to help you better understand how they should be performed:</font></font><br />
  <ul><li><font size="2"><font face="Verdana">Thrust to the left and then to the right,      stimulating the walls.<i> Analogy: <font color="black">Thrust left      and right like a soldier breaking through enemy ranks.</font></i></font></font></li>
<li><font size="2"><font face="Verdana">Thrust upwards and downwards instead, move      your whole body to perform this thrust and do so in the missionary position.      <i>Analogy: <font color="black">Rise, then suddenly plunge like a      wild horse bucking through a stream.</font></i></font></font></li>
</ul>  <ul><li><font size="2"><font face="Verdana">Pull your penis out of the vagina and then      push it back in.<i> Analogy: <font color="black">Push in and pull      out like a flock of seagulls playing on the waves.</font></i></font></font></li>
</ul>  <ul><li><font size="2"><font face="Verdana">Change between deep and shallow thrusts.<i>      Analogy: <font color="black">Use deep thrusts and shallow teasing      strokes, like a sparrow plucking pieces of rice.</font></i></font></font></li>
<li><font size="2"><font face="Verdana">Make deep and shallow thrusts, one after the      other. <i>Analogy: <font color="black">Make shallow thrusts,      followed by deep thrusts in steady succession from left to right, like a      large stone sinking into the ocean.</font></i></font></font></li>
<li><font size="2"><font face="Verdana">Push inwards slowly and calmly.<i> Analogy: <font color="black">Push in slowly like a snake entering a hole.</font></i></font></font></li>
<li><font size="2"><font face="Verdana">Thrust, entering the vagina quickly. <i>Analogy:      <font color="black">Charge quickly like a frightened mouse entering      a hole.</font></i></font></font></li>
<li><font size="2"><font face="Verdana">Pause very close but without entering the      vagina, then thrust swiftly and stay inside for a while. <i>Analogy: <font color="black">Hover, then strike like an eagle catching an elusive      rabbit.</font></i></font></font></li>
<li><font size="2"><font face="Verdana">Rise upward and then thrust low. <i>Analogy: <font color="black">Rise up, then plunge down low like a sailboat in the      wild wind.</font></i></font></font></li>
</ul>  <font size="2"><font face="Verdana"><br />
As you become more experienced with these and other methods of thrusting, varying your thrusting technique will allow you explore the entire vagina and determine which parts are particularly stimulating to your lover; it will also make you much more fun in bed as you don't stick to one mundane method. Speed, direction, depth, intensity and position are all very important considerations to make when making love.<br />
<br />
<b>Keep it deep technique: <br />
<br />

This technique is credited for its ability to not only bring your lover to orgasm faster, but also allows you to hold out much longer. To add to its appeal, it's pretty damn simple to do! Simply keep your penis deep inside your lover and make no attempts at any shallow thrusts. Instead, thrust up and down. The hilt of your penis, and you pelvic area, will also provide stimulation to your lovers clitoris, further enhancing the pleasure caused by this position. This also provides your lover with a much more personal experience, especially when she finally hits that orgasm!<br />
<b><br />
Nine shallow, one deep: <br />
</b><br />
This is a Taoist technique that lays out a method with which you can put your thrusts into action, increasing their effectiveness. It involves a repeatable thrusting sequence consisting of 'shallow' and 'deep' thrusts. A 'shallow' thrust should consist of around half of your penis entering the vagina, providing stimulation to the vaginal walls (and perhaps even the G-spot) and keeping you from blowing your load too soon as only the sides of your shaft are being stimulated, to the head of the penis which contains the most nerve endings. It is advised that even with shallow thrusts not to pull out completely. A 'deep' thrust involves your entire penis entering the vagina sending your lover crazy with pleasure. The sequence increases in increments, starting with 9 shallow thrusts and 1 deep thrust and culminating with 1 shallow thrust and 9 deep. The sequence can then be repeated. Try to make the sequence of thrusts rhythmic so they flow and don&#8217;t seem robotic. This will become more natural with time. Below is an example of one set of the 'nine shallow, one deep' technique:</font></font><br />

I've been heating up my heating pad each day, and I am noticeably better.<br />

I do feel it get hard sometimes, but it's intermittent and doesn't last long - if I'm sitting down it's fine, nice and squishy and when I stand up it goes hard a few mins then after a while gets softer, if I excert myself I feel blood moving down there and it gets hard still, but idk if I've always been this way, but never known it (Injury from years ago perhaps?)<br />

I can still get rock solid boners, and I even measured 12.5 cm Length today (.5 cm longer then usual) girth is normal at 5.2 - 5.3 inches (13.3 - 13.5 cm)<br />

Am I ready, after a week, to try PE again, only being much much more careful this time, particularly when Jelqing?(gotta use a soft soft grip!)<br />

And can anyone tell me, what the side effects of PE with a hard flaccid are? I will admit to several instances of masturbation, which still feel normal and I cum fine, so that, along with rock hard boners indicate I'm okay????<br />

When I get to the end of the stroke, should my left hand already be at the base of my penis for the next stroke or am I supposed to remove the right hand completely from my penis and then begin with the left hand?  So I guess I'm asking if I should be trying to trap the blood in my penis the entire time or am I supposed to remove my hand between each stroke to let the blood flow normally?<br />
