			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>October 14, 2008, the day I started PE. I had seen ads and references to penile enlargement but had written them off as being just BS. But on this day, I started and took a chance with an extender. I was very faithful in using it, and my results happened very quick. In just over a little over 3 months, I put on half and inch in length and girth, putting me at 6.75 BPEL and 5.7 EG. I was very pleased.<br />

Fast forward to March '09, and the gains were still coming, although slower. I was measuring 6.9 x 6.25 ( at base). Two months later, May, and I was over 7'', coming in between 7.125-7.25'', BPEL...girth was the same. And since then, nothing. I increased the intensity, by adding manual exercises, and still nothing. Or nothing except my BPSFL which is now 7.75'', sometimes very close to a full 8''.<br />

Since I've been gaining nothing for 5 or 6 months, I've decided to take a break and re-evaluate. Mostly all my work has been geared towards length, with just a little focused on girth. After reading the TGC theory, I think my limiting factor is the smooth muscle, not the tunica, since my BPFSL is 1/2 to 3/4'' over my BPEL. Erection wise, I would rate most of them at 8+. I'm not a teen anymore, I'm 31, so I don't get as many 10's on the scale as I used to. My overall health is excellent, I'm very physically active, workout religiously, eat well, don't smoke, etc.<br />
 <br />
I'm looking for some advice please, especially from senior members that have some years of experience under their belt. I'm thinking I should take a decon break, then resume a PE routine that focuses on the smooth muscle like jelqs, Uli's, etc.. Any comments or suggestions would be great. Thank you, Burt</div>

in these months I have developed some stretching capabilities in my ligs so now I have to pull harder to feel the same amount of stretch.<br />
The result is a very tight grip (not at my max force but at 90%) to keep stretched the penis and don't lose the tension after a few seconds.<br />
The result is a lot of red dots in the part of the skin where there is top pressure.<br />
Some are less than 1mm of diameter and nothing to worry about but others are 2-3mm diameter and, when the penis is erect and the skin is stretched are slightly bigger.<br />
The color is a dark red like small small bruising<br />

How I can solve this bigger dots? the small ones are not a problem.. <br />
 <br />
I can try with baby powder but after the stretch even washing the penis with soap my jelq session is more difficult because the hands don't slide smooth.</div>

For those of you who dont know what a shock routine is: it's basically a PE routine that you perform in an entire day. For example, you start exercising at 11 am and you finish at 5pm.<br />
<br />
Within a shock routine, you perform some 600 jelqs, 200 JAI stretches, 500 kegels, 100 squeezing Ulis....<br />
<br />
It is SUPER intense and is only recommended for advanced users. After this routine, you take 1 week off from PE.<br />
<br />
So, can any veteran show me a good shock routine please? Thanks.</div>

1. I Lube up with Cetaphil moisturizing lotion (this is great lotion that stays slippery for a long time and is docor approved, and my skin is very smooth and healthy :))<br />
2. Slow masturbation for 10min or so - to warm up the tissues<br />
3. Achieve 100% Erection<br />
4. &quot;<b><u>Kegelstroke</u></b>&quot; - this is the secret to the technique. It involves being somewhat high arousal level, close to the PONR. <b>**1 upward stroke with my hand, followed by + 1 immediate Kegel = 1 &quot;kegelstroke&quot;</b> (I don't downward stroke - this would be masturbation and plus would be too stimulating). <br />
<br />
I repeat step 4 over and over doing between 15min-45min, and it effectively pumps more and more blood in naturally while simultaneously exercizing the PC, and also testosterone and pro recovery nutrients are flowing as well...<br />
<br />
The internal pressure and blood supply gets to the point where a simple kegel feels like it could explode blood out of your peehole :D Of course it doesn't but what it does do is give you a RAGING BONER! Doing this after workouts and as afternoon booster sessions. Doing this on a regular basis can lead to much stronger and larger erection level - this is the theory behind ballooning, increasingly blowing up the balloon that is your penis. Now when I get an erection it is a seriously...hard...erection</div>
