Penile exercise is great!

You get a BIGGER and STRONGER penis! You LAST LONGER! You become more HEALTHY! You gain more CONFIDENCE!

But how about some advise on LOVING? How about satisfying your lover completely in the sack?

I have a lot of female friends and I've heard on so many occasions how they've had men who were way better in bed even though they had far smaller penises than other men they'd been with. I have personally often been complimented by my girlfriend (despite the fact we've both lost our virginities to one another) about my ability in bed, even before I started PE! This was with a 5.5" (EL) penis!

Now, I'm aware that there's WAY more to a relationship than just what goes on in the sack, but I also believe that being a great lover can be really good to a relationship. I also feel that this is also the aspect of a relationship that we focus on (as penile exercisers) more than another other part.

So, I'm going to split my article into three sections, a short section on general basic tips for improving proficiency in bed, the foreplay before intercourse (focusing on teasing, the clitoris, the G-spot and the art of cunnilingus) and then the actual intercourse itself (focusing on thrusting technique).

Basic Tips

Here are some basic tips for becoming a better lover. Whether you're indulging in either foreplay or intercourse it is important to bare these general tips in mind!

Try to urinate and completely empty your bladder before indulging in intercourse.

Get in control of your breathing, make sure your breaths are deep and calm, and relax yourself. You'll often find that before you ejaculate your breathing will speed up, intentionally try to slow it down. An interesting quote from the Taoists (who I'll touch upon again soon): “breath controls the blood flow, blood flow controls the nerves, and nerves control the ejaculation”.

Relax! Specifically your PC muscle, testicles and stomach. Clenching the PC muscles in particular (although useful in the multiple orgasm technique) can actually lead to faster stimulation.

After your lover has reached their first orgasm the second will be easier to achieve. As your lover lacks the refractory period that men have between orgasms they can maintain multiple numbers of them.

Communication is very important; if you're causing discomfort of any kind then it's most likely that your lover's sexual stimulation will decline.

Over time you will become more comfortable with your lover, practise is everything. You'll become more in control of your emotions, thoughts and stimulation.

Foreplay

Foreplay is definitely a very important element to loving and is something that is mastered by anyone who considers themselves to be a good lover. This will not only make the impending intercourse more enjoyable but can sometimes be more pleasurable for the woman than the intercourse itself. It can also be a good idea to make your woman climax before engaging in intercourse - not only will more orgasms come (due to the lack of a refractory period, discussed above) but you can go ahead with sex feeling that you haven't failed to satisfy your lover. Take your time! A good foreplay session should last at least 15 minutes, let your love know that you're not just rushing into mindless sex and you're considering them and being a much more generous lover - this will have a very good impression and add to the whole experience.

Teasing:

Although this is only a brief sub-section it is still a very important factor to consider. Teasing your lover will lead to a much higher level of anticipation and as a result a higher level of pleasure when the stimulation finally occurs. There are a number of methods you can use to tease your lover, here are a few:

Kiss them all over their body! From head to toe! Key areas are the neck, nipples and inner thigh; I find that the latter in particular can work wonders.

Rub and kiss your lover through their underwear, take it easy and slowly apply a little more pressure and soon they'll be wet a ready to engage in more foreplay.

Breathe into their vulva and onto their clitoris, but do not make any contact, this should drive them crazy!

Before engaging in any form of either manual or oral foreplay, rub/lick around the vagina in order to maximise the impending arousal.

The Clitoris:

60-70% of women require clitoral stimulation in order to require orgasm. As it is only organ in the female body devoted solely to pleasure this is hardly surprising; it is packed with nerve endings and is very sensitive. Now, to tackle the location.

The clitoris is the small pearl just above the opening of the vagina, where to the two inner lips meet. The clitoris can often be covered by a hood and your lover may require a lot of arousal before it will protrude. So, now we've found it! How do we manually stimulate it?

The clitoris is a very sensitive area on a woman's body, with two-times the number of nerve endings as the penis. Therefore, stimulation of the clitoris must be carried out with care. Rubbing small circles around the clitoris, even when it's behind the hood, in order to build up a steady form of stimulation is the best way to stimulate the female's clitoris. You may also consider changing from small circles to either diagonal or side to side strokes. It is important to emphasize the sensitivity of this organ for the woman and it is therefore encouraged that a very light pressure is used on the clitoris, unless the women voices a desire for a harder pressure to be applied. A harder pressure can also be applied as arousal level increases, perhaps even direct contact with the un-hooded clitoris.

The G-spot:

That's right, the clitoris is not the only tool in your arsenal that you can play with to make your woman reach orgasm! In fact, finding the G-spot for many can prove to be the most powerful form of arousal that you can give, often culminating in your woman 'squirting' - a form of female ejaculation. The key issue to tackle in this sub-section is simple, how to locate this elusive and renowned spot.

The G-spot can be located 1.5-2" inside a woman's vagina, along its 'front wall' (the same side as the belly button). The skin should feel a little rougher to feel than the rest of the vaginal skin, about the size of a quarter and 'bean-shaped'. The G-spot will always be easier to locate when the woman is most aroused as it swells more - this should make it easier to work with as you continue foreplay. It is important to note that not all women will react the same way to stimulation of the G-spot; in fact some may feel nothing or feel uncomforted by it. Most, however, will get a lot of pleasure from any lover who's mastered this technique. Next on the agenda, how to be manually stimulate it?

The method to do this is relatively easy in theory. Insert either one or two fingers into the vagina and create a "come here" motion - this is done by crooking the two fingers upward and applying pressure to the rough, bean-shaped spot. By putting pressure onto this spot, or tapping it with an up and down motion, you can stimulate the G-spot. The G-spot is also not as sensitive as the clitoris so don't feel shy about applying a decent amount of pressure to it! You can also put pressure on the outside of the pelvis, around the pubic area (opposite the internal stimulation) it can make the G-spot easier to stimulate. Concerning intercourse: an upward curvature in the penis, doggy style or positions with the woman on top may also stimulate the G-spot.
Cunnilingus:

Now that both the clitoris and the G-spot have been consulted, as well as the manual methods with which to stimulate them, the subject of oral sex can now be considered. Oral sex, or cunnilingus, can often be a more pleasurable experience for many women than the actual act of intercourse itself, when done correctly. Provided your woman is prepared to receive oral sex, this is a perfect method of foreplay to get your woman fired up and ready for some action.

A few general tips on cunnilingus:

Maintaining a steady and consistent rhythm when stimulating the clitoris is very important in helping your lover reach her ultimate orgasm.

Try and keep a firm grip on your lover at all times and keep calm throughout orgasm, make sure you're in control.

The more you tease and use lighter licks, the more her orgasm is going to be built up - be patient with it.

It is also important to note that although the G-spot can only be stimulated manually, coupling the stimulation of it with oral pleasure will bring your lover to sexual ecstasy.

Now your lover is excited it's time to get your mouth involved. To start off with our first stage of oral stimulation you should place your tongue at the bottom of her inner lips and slowly move it upward to the area just below her clitoris. In order to complete the motion simply brush the clitoris upward with your tongue, don't apply a lot of pressure. After repeating this a few times you should simply can simply place your tongue across her entire vagina and then, break contact from her. You can now repeat this entire process a number of times, making sure that you maintain a steady sense of rhythm.

Now we have yet to give the clitoris itself any real stimulation. This stage involves giving deep, hard licks from the bottom to mid-vagina level and following them up with a few light licks. After a while of this oral stimulation the clitoris should begin to poke out from under its hood. When it does, simply place the tip of your tongue on it and bathe it for a number of seconds. You can then repeat the process to enhance sensation.

Now that you've got that clitoris out it's up to you to maintain her all the way through to that powerful orgasm. It is often a good idea at this stage to park her inner lips in order to expose more of her clitoris. There are certain tongue motions which can prove to be the most stimulating for your lover:

Wet, sloppy vertical licks over the vagina and clitoris. Simple.

Diagonal strokes across her clitoris, stimulating her clit with the rough sides of your tongue.

Quick licks in the vulva and of the clitoris, comparable to 'cat licks'.

Cover the whole vagina with your tongue and let her do the work.

Sucking the clitoris - this is a very stimulating method but be careful not to suck too hard, more gentle sucking motions.

I have found in the past week and a half, that the quality at which my penis feels is much better than my prior workouts. Not long ago I began to do the Paradoxical Pullout. Basically you do a JAI as slow as possible and try to keep your penis and pelvic region as relaxed as possible. If you do it correctly, your penis seems to stretch forever.

I then began to take the same philosophy on my girth exercises and noticed that I was able to achieve a large amount of pump with minimal fatigue afterwards. I wasn't turtling at all and I've had some pretty good spontaneous erections within a couple hours of my workouts. Now my philosophy is to stay as relaxed as possible and slowly increase intensity, paying attention to how well your penis is staying relaxed. If it's tensing up, resisting the force you are applying, then I lessen the intensity, so that I'm still relaxed.

It appears to me that there is a "sweet-spot" or ideal force that you can apply to your muscles and ligaments depending on how recovered and how warmed up you are.

All of these exercises we do are not like lifting weights, they are like stretching your muscles to gain flexibility. If you stretch really intensely all the time, you can actually damage your muscles. According to my Karate Instructure, you should only stretch intensely once a week at the most. And you have to build up to an intense stretch. It takes a long time to get the muscles warmed up enough. You have to start by stretching lightly, and then moderately, etc.

A question I have been trying to rectify with JAIs is that if the lighter pull (up until the ligs come in) is helping girth, how does that fit in with the other forum theory on this page about lighter pulling equal length/"harder" pulling equals girth?

Second, why the hold for two seconds and then release? Would it (or not) make more sense to hold that same light pull for 5 minutes equaling about 300 reps?

So I was doing a little bit of thinking and thought of something that may be critical to length gain. Our Suspensory ligament is what's physically holding us back from lengthening our Penis. Better nutrition means a harder tougher suspensory ligament. This would mean that that ligament would be more resistant to stretching.

Could that be what is actually holding us back from better gains? This may seem crazy but it also seems plausible; what if we were to weaken our ligs by not taking in certain vitamins or minereals for a certain period of time and do stretches. I'm thinking with weaker ligs you would have a better chance of lengthening your penis, but must be careful not to over do these stretches at the same time and risk serious injury. Then after seeing gains start taking the necessary vitamins and minerals to restrengthen the ligs, and give time for recovery.

I'm going to do a little research on what vitamins and minerals ligaments rely on most, I'm assuming calcium plays an important role, and apply this method carefully and see what I can make out of it. For most of my life I've eaten A LOT of dairy. Maybe this played a role in me having a 6"x 4" unit and maybe it didn't. This is what I hope to find out through this theory.

I have been at this for almost 2 years now, I have made good gains and would like very much to reach my goals of 7x5.5. The last three months I have made no size gains, and only a slight gain in EQ, I wondering what the common length of time you all have had with no gains. Im really hoping that this is just a plateau and that my gains will resume, I dread the thought that I have reached my maximum potential already. Could this be possible? Is there a point where you simply wont grow anymore? Im only 40 and see that there are men much older than me still making good gains. Im definatly a grower, almost three times as big erect as flacid, does this have anything to do with my potential growth? Thanks for the help in advance!

Hey guys. Just curious when I have my extender on, and I suppose when I am doing my manual stretching during pe, what I notice is the deep inner penis is very taught. This area has about a 0.5cm diameter. The surrounding tissue is relatively loose by comparison, and it is obvious that this outer region of the penis could stretch well beyond my current measures. What I am curious to know is that, what is this region that is much more taught than the rest of the penis, is it the urethra, corpus spongiosum, or none of the above?

And also is this everyone else's experience?

Hey Everyone,

Im kinda new here but I've been looking round the forums and I've seen some posts discussing cooling down whilst stretched. IMO this theory holds a lot of promise and I'm surprised it isn't common PE practice. I just got a few questions though:

1. I'm very weary of a lig pop, and everytime I stretch, even at very low intensity my ligaments feel uncomfortable. Because of this I am going to focus stretching the tunica to make gains. Does the same warmth, stretch, cool routine work for the tunica tissues?

2. I want to gain flaccid length. The way I look at it is that if you cool in a stretched state over a period of time the flaccid will stay longer and not retract. This maybe because of more collagen and less elastin, meaning the flaccid penis doesn't have the elasticity to contract and stretch out again. What do you think?

3. Does the tunica tissue break down when not put under stress, or will stretching and cooling over time produce a permanent elongation, without the need for maintainence stretching, even in the far future.

4. How does stretching the penis length ways help girth gains?

5. Would warming, gaining a full erection, then cooling in the erect state produce similar results, including a bigger flaccid?

Quite a few questions here, but that is the key to learning. If you could get back to me soon that would be great,

Thanks,
Tom - Hopefully Big Tom in future ;)

ORLANDO, FL (UroToday.com) - Dr. Tom Lue discussed autologous stem cell use for ED. He discussed that ability for the planarian species to regenerate any part of its body, but the salamander can only regenerate a limb. In man there are also stem cells, which are undifferentiated cells that have potential to also regenerate.

In adipose tissue there are stem cells as demonstrated by immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR and Western blotting experiments. The adipose derived stem cells (ADSCs) reside near small blood vessels. CD34 staining identifies 60% of peri-vascular areas as harboring ADSCs. It occurs in new blood vessels, and is a sign of regeneration. ADSCs can be harvested by liposuction or fat excision. Adipose cells are digested and ADSCs are cultured for further induction, labeling or gene transfection. ADSCs can also be used for in vivo tissue engineering.
In vitro induction can result in hepatocytes, beta cells to produce insulin or endothelial cells. In vivo, ADSCs placed in muscle can differentiate into skeletal muscle, placed near blood vessels become smooth muscle and in fat can become fat cells. The differentiate into component cell types and integrate into the tissue. Four weeks after injection of ADSCs following cavernous nerve crush injury in a rat model, there is return of function. In older men, he proposed using autologous ADSCs to regenerate erectile function. In rats there is suggestion of differentiation. In a type 2 diabetic rat model of ED, use of ADSCs resulted in improved intracavernosal pressures. He showed neurite cell growth in vitro, that is stimulated by the addition of ADSCs. Experiments using ADSCs to stimulate endothelial cell growth also suggested that this is possible.
A study showed injection of umbilical cord blood stem cells into men having failed PDE5 inhibitors resulted in improved erectile function. This is only a pilot experiment, but shows great promise.

This site says that the science supports PE since in a study over a 3 month period, men averaged an inch gain in length and almost an inch in girth. So what program were these guys on? Looking at everyone else's results, it looks like we're all doing something very different and less effective that whatever these men were told to do. Does anyone know the program they used exactly?

I read this article and I wanted your opinions on this.

Every man who is interested in Penis Enlargement dreams that there are techniques he can utilize while masturbating to enlarge the size of his penis.

Most men masturbate. No surprise there. Most men also want a bigger penis. That's no surprise either. What if there were methods that married these two together? A way where a man could enlarge his size while enjoying one of his favorite pastimes?

The naysayers will say it can't be done. But these are the same naysayers who say that Penis Enlargement is not possible in natural and organic ways. But it can be done. It's easier and simpler than one realizes.

The main focus of getting bigger is based on four things.

1) Encouraging the cavities in the penis to hold more blood.
2) Stretching and adding elasticity to the ligaments that support the penis (not just at the top, but at the sides and bottom, too).
3) Unlocking and breaking up the coverings that can inhibit these tissues from being elastic which helps them stretch and release.
4) Targeting the associated pelvic and lower extremity muscle/ligament/fascial structures that are also part of the penis (remember, the body is one unit. Everything is inter-related to some degree, especially tissues in close proximity).

(One word of caution is to utilize other enlargement techniques that don't involve masturbatory input. The reason for this is that you don't want to think of sexual thoughts while you are enlarging yourself via masturbation. This can lead to a cause-effect relationship equating enlargement with sex. A habit that you don't want to get into.)

Since these four methods of organic enlargement are mechanical in nature, they can be applied during the masturbation process for increased gains. The three best methods are: "Post-Orgasm-Bulbospongiosus Expression," "Ligamentous-Tension Expression," and "MLAI Masturbation." Simple and safe techniques you can employ at your leisure.
To learn these techniques and gain more knowledge about Serious Penis Enlargement, read IRON MAN PENIS - THE RUSSIAN SYSTEM and begin to Enlarge Your Life.
