Do you ever dream about revenge to the person who circumcised you?

I have found old medical records about my circumcision and I found the name of the doctor who did it to me from there. He did it without asking my parents consent btw. I'm often dreaming about making him suffer.

yeah Id be pissed without consent. It does upset me but I do not dream of revenge against my parents.

I can't be angry for someone doing what they thought was a good choice at a time I couldn't make it myself. While I disagree with it, nothing I can do can fix it. Oh, wait a minute, I swear I saw a thread about it somewhere...

I've heard it's often just "assumed" a circumcision will be wanted on a newborn boy. It would not surprise me.

Did you read about the case in Germany recently where it was ruled illegal to circumcise boys except in cases of medical necessity? Pretty landmark ruling. I think it only applies in one state at the moment but it's bound to be seen as setting a precedent. Muslim and Jewish groups are up in arms about it, predictably.

I agree with it purely on ethical grounds but it's also nice to see something that brings Muslims and Jews together for a change.

Yea if I were your parents I would have sued if it's without consent! I suspect that eventually even more people (in the USA at least) will be circumcised because health care is now advocating circumcision due to health benefits of it.
