after about 48 hours of having sex without condom, bottom part of my shaft started itching (not insanely). I see little bit of red spots where itchies, like rashes..

help me.. is this caused by sex? what is this?..what should i do..

Go to a doctor or walk-in clinic. Get it checked. I almost posted an STI symptoms chart, but I realized that would be a mistake. You can't know what it is yet, so I see no reason to scare your pants off or anything. Get it checked out.

Oh ya, and wear condom next time.

i have a disease!? please tell me more about it. some of the rashes became some what like a small bump. And some big areas of the skin covering the balls has turned red..

A fungal infection aka yeast infection, you and her should get checked out by a doctor.

Yeah it's most likely just an infection, and infections can be cured with the right antibiotic.
