Default While jelqing i get an erection after 10-15 strokes

I start with a flacid penis with about 50% erection. After 10-15 strokes, my erection level goes up to like 70-90%. Should I wait for it to go down again or just continue with it. I think I have weak PC muscle. Before, I used to ejaculate only after couple of strokes. After 2 weeks of kegel excercises, I tried jelqing again and I quickly get an erection. I dont think I can jelq for 2 mins or so without ejaculating. I did about 50 jelqs today but most of them were done in a higher erection level. Will it still help? My size is only 4" and I want to increase it as much as possible. Any input will be appreciated.

I need to ask another quick question. Can too much kegel have any negative side effects. Currently my routine for kegel is 75 quick ones. Break for 2-3 mins, then holding it for 20 secs with 30 secs break, 5 times. Then another quick 20-25 kegels. Is this good? Or should I follow any other routine to last longer in bed?

not too sure about the kegals, but i have had similar problems while jelqing. two things have helped me:

1. Make sure you are not going all the way down to the ridge of the head, that is very sensative for me and causes me an instant erection. I also noticed if i was lazy with the OK grip i would rub the head. Chances are if you don't feel sore in your hands, u aren't doing it right.

2. I have have also changed the newbie routine to help with it. Instead of doing the jelqs, then the rotating stretches, I alternate. 50 wet jelqs, the 30 secs of stretching for 5 sets, with a 15 sec break in between each set. I have never got an erection from stretching.

Just remember that you are not in a race while jelqing, the slow and steady pace should help aswell. If by chance someone thinks that my routine wrong, feel free to correct me. I am always up for different ideas.

About the Kegels: You can overtrain in all PE. Whether it be with jelqs, Kegels, or even stretches--overtraining can occur. You'll notice overtraining with Kegels when your erections are weak and you ejaculate quicker than normal. As a side note: Both of these go away once your penis gets enough rest

About the jelqing: SG Boy gave a lot of great suggestions. You can also try taking deep breaths, or stopping, letting your erection subside, doing a few jelqs, and then continuing. You can also try dry jelqing, which isn't as arousing.

Thanks for you inputs. Changing between stretching and jelqs helped. I am good to go for now. Hope it does work. I was feeling a little burning and strecthy for an hour or so after jelqing and strecthing. Is this normal? There was no substantial pain but I was feeling something around the base.

don't forget to cool down with a cool damp cloth afterwards(i do it for at least 10 mins). but like all exercising, you will feel that you have trained. try not to over do it to start with, and remember to rest. 2 days on, 1 day off is the part of the beginners routine.

So cool down works same as warming up...at the end just wrap a cold towel around my penis?

i was following babbis's beginner routine...if i am not mistaken he said one day on and two days off...which one is better...one day on and two days off or two days on and one day off?

Go with the 2 days off at first. Then after you're done with the babbis routine, you can either take a break or switch to 1 day on 1 day off to increase the intensity, and eventually 2 days on 1 day off.
