Default Newbie routing from Thunders

Hi guys,

New here and also new to PE. I have started the newbie routing from Thunders and want to know what you guys thought of it for a beginer? here it is...

The Newbie Routine
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

Notes
Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time

My question is, is it a satisfactory routine for initial gains and should it be performed just once a day or twice a day, 1 during the day and 1 during the night? Or should I just stick to once a day for 2 days on and take the rest day on the third day?

Thanks guys, I want to get started right and not waste any time. My starting stats are 6.75 to 7.0 BPEL and 5.0 EG. I am really just interested in maybe 1" length and 1/2" to 3/4" girth. Do you think this is going to be a long process to achieve these goals?

fitboy,

Welcome to the gym!

Don't do the routine twice in one day, you're liable to overtrain. Check out our article on physiological indicators that affect growth, it will help you avoid overtraining. You may even want to do the routine 1 on, 2 off for the first 2 weeks. The penis needs rest to grow, and you will probably gain just as much as you would doing the routine 2 on, 1 off.

Remek,

Thanks for the advice. I may do that for the first 2 weeks (1 on 2 off). I may have overdone it the first day cause I got so excited about the flacid hang size, and the hard wood that day after the workout session that I did it 2 more times in the same day...and once the next morning followed by a short routine that night. I found my morning and evening wood the next few days was not that great...obviously a negative PI.

I took yesterday off completely and restarted the above routine this morning. I'll take 2 rest days off to see if I start seeing some positive PI's. I know psycological factors can also play a part in erection quality and performance (too much pressure on oneself to perform) so I'm not sure how much of an effect that played on me as I've been under some stress.
