I got a question should i have to do the stretch, jelq and keggel the same day?

Sergio: You don't have to. If it fits your lifestyle better to break it up, then go for it.

I have never done PE.Is this routine good routine for a first routine?or Do I have leave this alone for a while and start doing that routine what is frontpage of this site?sorry my bad english

This is disigned for guys that are starting out that don't have a routine.

You can start a routine with the Beginners guide that should start you off on the right path to a good exercise program.
