My A-Stretch Routine Hello all id like to share a routine i find easy and worthwhile.
1. Start with a warm up. I prefer taking a hot shower.
2. Put a little baby powder on the penis to ensure grip.
2. Sit down on the edge of a bed or chair and pull the penis with an overhand grip to a nice stretch over your left arm.
4. with left hand grip the wrist of your right hand. Hold this stretch for about 2-3 minutes and then release and slap the penis around to get the blood pumping again. Your penis should feel very loose and soft. Repeat 5-10 times.
5. get a good nights sleep so the penis can rebuild the tissue and repair itself.
