Hi every body! I just discovered the website and its very interesting (sorry for my english it's not my principal langage).
I just wanted to tell you that im very motivated about pe.
My penis hard is about 5.5 inches or lil bit more. It is too small for me so i just started yesterday the begginers routine. Iv read evertying to be sure how to correctly do the exercices...
I know what is long term result, its been 5 years im going to the gym and i know its long to get what you want.
I just wanted to know if 2 different routine could be done without days off, or i f i just should to the beginers routine with 2 days off the first weeks, and one day off after and increase the exercise time and a couple of time ago add some advenced exercice,like you wrote..
and i wonder, are advanced exercice really dangerous for my penis??
and wich routine is the best, the one on the site or the one on the forum??
