As I am a new member, this may well have been asked before and I've missed it, if that's the case then I apologize.

Now I've read recently on this site that masturbation soon after a stretching session is not advised as it counteracts the positive effects of that particular session.

I therefore have two questions: My first is how long would you advise me to wait after a session and secondly, is the session advantageous if masturbation is performed before the session?

Once again, I can only apologize if this has been discussed in the past.

First, welcome to the gym! I moved your thread to the more appropriate forum (The main PE forum). The ETP.com forum is for website-related posts.

Second, there isn't exactly evidence to masturbating affecting gains in a negative way. With that said, the PE survey does suggest it [does affect it in a negative way], and several men claim it has an affect on them too. Taking these two factors into consideration, I typically advise the two hour rule:

Don't ejaculate two hours before or after a PE session.

Personally, I also limit my ejaculations to 3 days a week. This has the benefit of making me feel more energetic, horny, and perhaps it affects PE too.

I would advise just not to do it. I have a girlfriend so if I don't get laid for like 2 weeks I'll just masturbate, but I try to go as long as possible with out ejaculating, just because I try to save it just for sex with my gf. Even if the survey just merely suggesting it, I'll do it. Why not? If your into PE, then you obviously want gains quick right? Not masturbating is the way to go. I'm talking about like once every two weeks lets be realistic here. Just don't let your temptations get in the way of you goal of a bigger penis.
