Second, there isn't exactly evidence to masturbating affecting gains in a negative way. With that said, the PE survey does suggest it [does affect it in a negative way], and several men claim it has an affect on them too. Taking these two factors into consideration, I typically advise the two hour rule: Don't ejaculate two hours before or after a PE session.
Personally, I also limit my ejaculations to 3 days a week. This has the benefit of making me feel more energetic, horny, and perhaps it affects PE too. |
