Default Noticeable changes

I have started the beginner routine for 2 weeks now and although I have not noticed any length or girth changes. I have noticed better hardness or a longer period of time which is a great thing.

I should note that I was doing the routine that followed my gym workouts which is 2 days on 2 days off. Second day was more regeneration for my body so I did the same for my PEing with just stretches with warm up and cool down.

Anyone else doing the beginner routine (or any routine) noticed any improvements yet? If so what?

I dont want to tell you how to run your gig but...What's up with this crap? You should ban the above IP address...He's just filling the forum with garbage.

I have been doing beginners PE over last couple of weeks and I also feel stronger erections and for longer periods. I think it is too early to see any sustained gains in length and girth. hence i will not measure more than monthly.

Yea, we get about 10-20 spam posts per day. They usually create their own thread, but they're learning that we delete them too quickly. So now they are posting spam in other threads, like this one.

Starting next week, I'll be making it required to "confirm" registration through an email address, so that should slow them down considerably.

Phew.. for second I thought I did something wrong somewhere.

back on topic.

My girlfriend noticed the changes before I did which tell me a few things. 1. its a great thing, 2. I'm not paying attention to myself as I'm doing PE, which lead me into my next question for everyone?

How much focus are you putting into you PE session's?

Anyway, Frosty, what do you mean by "focus"? Do you mean how much time? Or do you mean are we "focusing" while we PE?

The later, what are you picturing when doing PE or whats running through your mind as your doing it?
