I'll have to third the advice by beaver and soody: Give it a break for a few days (at least 3). I would personally give it a week and then reassess the situation. Having a healthy penis is more important than having a bigger one sooner. Not to mention that if you overtrain too much, the gains will probably be harder to obtain after a while.
For one reason or another, a lot of guys overtrain when they first start exercising their penis. It's common nature for us to be excited when we first learn about PE, but this is why penile exercising has the bad reputation that it does. There's no reason to rush into it, especially in the beginning. Take it slow and when you restart, I'd suggest starting with a light routine like this one:
