Remek,

Ouch, I paid $25.00 for 30 60mg capsules. I didn'y know CVS carries that. Looks like I'm going there next time.

So Big Girtha gained over 2" in girth and 1.5 in length??? WOWOWOW! I'd be happy with 1/2 those gains!

I'll be happy to answer any fitness related questions that anyone has.

fitboy,

How did you hurt your back and what part was injured? I herniated disk L4-L5 about 9 months ago and I'm still kind of tip toeing around the gym because of it.
I was getting real into power lifting, and i trained too frequently.

Remek,

Is there anywhere that there is sort of a "history" of Big Girtha's training that you know of? i would like to know exactly what worked so well for him, as girth is the only aspect of growth that i care about.

beaver,

My injury was in my sacrum which sits in the pelvis. It was due to using bad form while doing stiff leg dead lifts.

Yea, I've been back squating heavy for over a year now. I just started doing stiff leg dead lifts with light weight. Funny thing is, the 7 years I took off...my lower back used to cramp up all the time around the injury area. Now that I'm back in the gym and keeping it stretched out I have no pain at all. I still have to be carefull of that area though.

Thumbs up Big Girtha

Fitboy: Yea, I was surprised when I saw the Pycnogenol at CVS. It looks like you got a better deal though, as mine is only 30 mg. Next time I'll be going to GNC.

Beaver, about Big Girtha: he never laid out a exact routine in detail, but I believe he did:
  • Start out with a beginner's routine (of course)
  • In the later advanced stages he got really big into clamping, increasing the intensity as he went on.
  • In between in clamp sets, he hung for 10 or so minutes to keep his penis tissues stretched. I believe this may have helped with his girth gains.
  • Also in the later stages, he adapted a motto: Never Let it Turtle. He always had an ADS/Girth wrap on to keep his penis in the extended state. He was a big advocate for Monty's PE Weights.
  • Towards the end, if I recall correctly, he hit a plateau and couldn't gain at all.
Hope this helps.

That does help, Remek. Thanks man.

That's pretty interesting about the hanging in between clamping sets. Was it particularly light, or did he actually try to stress himself on those sets?

No problem, beaver.

About the hanging sets: If I recall correctly, they were medium weight. I think it was around 10 lbs, but this could be way off. Either way, he built his way up to the weight he was at.

I Just wanted to drop an update on the Pycnogenol use so far. I've been using it for 5 days and for some reason I feel it's having a oposite effect on me. We all must remember that everyone is different so my results might not be the same as others.

My flaccid hang and girth seems to be less while on it and I've lost 4 lbs (not what my goal was). It seemed to steadly decrease from the time I started using it with the Arginine. Now, ofcourse this could be other factors involved with my workout, but to test this theory I'm goin back off it for 5 days and see if everything goes back to normal. I'll update the thread when I get a afirmative answer if it's effecting me or not.
