instead of Pycnogenol maybe Policosinol would be a good alternative.
policosinol lowers really high cholesterol, i do believe high cholesterol may lead to ED. Perhaps the combnation of AAKG and p[olicosinol would give you the desired effect. AAKG at 4 grams lowers blood pressure. Policosinol lowers bad cholesterol and raises good cholesterol.

Also i found that ginkgo, green tea and AAKG work real well together.

Hi Guyz,

Wondering here, as I read this thread about L-Arginine and other supplements that will give you gain in PEing. As a newbie in PE, can you attend to my questions:

1. How many daily dose intakes should I consume?

2. Is L-Arginine works well with ViT. C?

3. Which dosage would you prefer, 500mg or 1000mg?

4. Here in the Philippines, I find only one product supplier of this L-Arginine and that is GNC. Is GNC is a good company or a good manufacturer rather?

5. Can you stop using L-Arginine if you reach your desired size?

Thanks in advance!!

1. 2, & 3. To start, take 1,000mg of L-Arginine in the morning on an empty stomach in/or with, a glass of orange juice.

4. GNC is a good source.

5. L-Arginine is an amino acid suppliment. It, by it's self will not make your penis grow.

Here is a good discription of what L-Arginine is and how it works.

L-Arginine - An important amino acid abundant in protamines and histones, these are proteins associated with nucleic acids. L-arginine is used by the immune system to help regulate the activity of the thymus gland, which is responsible for manufacturing T lymphocytes. (These are the T-cells, the basis of the immune system). In the pancreas it is used to release insulin. It is important in liver health and assists in neutralizing ammonia in the liver. It is also involved in the production of skin and connective tissue, making it important for the healing and repair of soft tissue, the formation of collagen and in the building of new bone and tendons.

It is helpful with weight control since it facilitates the increase of muscle mass, while reducing body fat. L-Arginine also creates nitric oxide in the human body (nitric oxide is one of the most essential substances which influence sexual function in both men and women), and helps to improve circulation. As a supplement, it is being utilized not only to increase HGH, has positive effects on heart disease symptoms, is a proven to boost muscle growth, improves wound healing, combats fatigue, stimulates the immune system, cure impotences, and fight cancer.

The effects of Arginine supplementation include increased fat burning and muscle building, enhanced immunity, and improving erectile function in men.

Arginine is in most 'natural Viagra ' formulations.

Arginine appears to increase HGH levels by blocking the secretions of growth hormone inhibitor Somatostatin.

Arginine has been used by millions of athletes over the past 20 years to enhance production of HGH.

Arginine works even into old age, with one European study showing that it boosted blood levels of HGH to three times the level seen in their age group.

Vasodilation is a second valuable asset. Arginine’s effects in this area occur after enzymes transform it into nitric oxide ( not Nitrous Oxide! ) or NO, a messenger gas that travels easily from cell to cell.

Nitric Oxide is a compound that relaxes blood vessels, it helps keep arteries flexible and boosts blood flow. JP

Interesting read here. I have taken arginine in the past, I never saw the "bigger loads" many men claimed to see....even with 3-5 grams daily. I always saw harder erections though. It is indeed good stuff, and a great addition to a manual PE routine, especially when focusing on girth exercises. The more blood flow you have available the better your girth sessions will be.

This is great stuff, thank you Jonpop. Any recommended herbal HGH releasers supplements that you take or know about?

Take for example GHR100 (i think that is the name), this one and I assume many others contain l-arginine 500mg, so my question is if you are taking hgh releaser before bedtime as they say you should, does that mean we should not take an arginine supplement in the day as well? Or would this be okay for nitrous oxide benefits and it would not interfere with the hgh?

Thanks in advance.

The HGH supplements that are out there are mostly bogus. Just like penis enlargment pills. The only way to really benifit from HGH is through injections. To much $$.

Any time you take a supplement, oraly, it has to go through the liver and a great percentege of HGH does not survive through the liver.

L-Arginine is very compatable with HGH. It doesn't hurt to take as many as 3 doses of L-Arginine daily. Just have to watch your bowles.

I'm always suspicious of anything transdermal. What kind(s) of carrier? The microns of the product have to be very small to permeate the skin.
