Rep Power: 0 | New member Greetings,
I am a 41-year-old physician and I came upon this website two weeks ago, while surfing the web trying to find an answer for decreased erectile strength. My erectile performance has declined over the last 4 to 5 years and I am unsure if my problem is medically related (I have hypertension and recently started taking prescreption anti-hypertensive medications) or interest related (my wife and I have been together for 18 years). Most likely, it is a combination of both. Just to note, although I can obtain a terrific erection using prescription medications like Viagra or Cialis, and I do use these, I hope to find a more permanent non-pharmaceutical answer.
I have thoroughly searched the medical literature (official medical journal articles on PubMed, which is an online medical database available to medical practitioners and researchers) and have not located any acceptable articles regarding the study of PE and its effects on increased erection strength or increased size. Reading information posted on various websites, there are obviously many advocates as well as antagonists of PE and its beneficial effects. Most online physician related websites tend to deny the beneficial effects of PE, but without significant quality research and publications on the subject, I do not know how they can offer these opinions. It is very apparent that the members of this site agree that they have benefited from PE in both erectile quality and size gains.
After thoroughly reading the PE information, forum posts and training guides on this website, I have decided to find out for myself if PE is the answer to my problem. My primary goal is a stronger erection, but if increased length and girth are side effects of my quest, I will gladly accept these consequences. I have started a PE training log and have taken photographs. I plan to repeat photographs and measurements monthly. I am currently using the posted Beginner's Guide and training 5 days on and 2 days off as this fits my schedule well. I train in the morning, before leaving for work. I do my stretches in the shower to keep my vital parts warm and jelq while seated, after I shower. I have not discussed any of this with my wife as I intend to investigate whether or not she will notice a difference, and if so, how long it will take her.
I am also taking the supplements posted by JonPop. These are all safe and healthy supplements to be taking on a daily basis for any adult individual, but I am curious as to why he has selected these in particular for PE. Hopefully, he will read this and provide some enlightenment.
Good luck to all newbies like myself, I hope we can all be as successful as those who have gone before us.
Best,
BoneDoc

| Hey Doc, welcome to the PE Gym. Are you an Orthopedist?
I too take hypertensive meds. Lisinopril and Norvasc. PE will get your penis in tip top shape. You will find that erection quality will increase proportional to effort applied. The reason I recommend the supplements in the beginners routine is;
Most men that come to a PE site looking to improve their size are usually young, i.e. 18-25 or thereabouts. You know what kinds of diet that the younger people have today.
The Multi vitamin and Super B complex is to supplement poor eating habits and to help overall health. The extra Zinc to help build collagen and soft tissue. The L-Argnine and L-Lysene, to get these important amino acids into the system for libido.
Good luck and hope to see more posts. JP

Rep Power: 0 | Thanks for the response, JonPop. Yes, I am an Orthopedist. I thought the screen name was appropriate in more ways than one. Just to let you know, I started out with the Beginner's Guide routine, but added your posted beginner's routine with the LOT check this week (I am doing both now). It takes me about 30-40 minutes to complete everything. Do you think doing both of these routines is over training? I don't notice any negative consequences yet and I have actually noticed a mild increase in erection strength already (I am also doing my Kegel exercises throughout the day). I also noticed today that as I was warming down after completing my jelqs (I get back in the shower to warm down) my flaccid girth was much thicker than normal and stayed that way for about 30 minutes. I have to admit it was pleasing to see. I have made note of the warning signs for over training, and I am keeping my eye out for them, but all seems well so far.
Best,
BoneDoc

Rep Power: 0 | Goodday to all,
I am new on this forum, did have some problems with registration, but here I am.
First of all , I started PE 3 weeks ago. Not mainly to increase my penissize, but to balans the energy of the male productive and recovery system. I am getting older,(so is everbody else, who has living tisue)........ the biochemmical processes which recover the whole system are getting lazy and less potent over the years. According to my vision, a good functioning of the male productive system is very important to keep an overall health.
12 years ago I was an contest active bodybuilder and fitness and health instructor. I coached a lot of different athletes mentally and phisically.
My main goal was to create the understanding that results of exercise ,training, and contest begins with a healthy mind.
One can not achieve a goal if the underlying negative and jumpy thoughts which can occur during the workout get more attention than the workout itself. The production of neccesary neurotransmitters and hormones which are important to accomplish a certain goal ,starts with a single thought!(for example sexual thoughts can result in showing it of in the body with an erection)
If the mind is not one pointed (pure concentration and total awareness of what is happening) the results can still be fine, but you will not be the champion you actually want to be.
Most people do their workouts with a jumpy mind, watching others,or listening music, television, or what else.......to avoid the boring time of a workout. Very often will this result in assocations with other thoughts which has nothing to do with the actual workout. Mostly this will cause injuries ! The Mind must serve the body and keep controle!
Years ago I proved this statement , by bringing athlethes in hypnosis. During hypnosis they were able to perform much better, during workout. There was a total concentration in mind and body.
The buddhist says. If you eat, just eat ! If you walk just walk! etc with other words keep focus. Be aware !
Ten years ago I had an experience which changed my life. At that moment I really did not know what was happening. During an intense breakdown in my life, an extreme powerfull energy rushed up from the bottom of my spine to my head, causing an overwhelming feeling of ectacy. That great feeling of oneness ,harmony and power kept on for a few weeks. Later I understood (after research) that this was the awakening of the kundalini energy . Till now it is still active with intervals and causes much insights, trouble and extacy. I do not recommened people trying to awake this energy (meditation or Yoga) for it can be too powerfull for your well being. If must awaken, then it will, but not because of obscure reasons.
During most of the kundalini outbursts I had an extreme longlasting erection, there is no lust during such an erection. Just a biochemmical reaction of the body. But such an erection could sustain a couple of hours! (quit embarrising went it happens while you doing your shopping in the mall)
I noticed that the knowlege of Tantra (harmonizing sexual energy), uses some of the same exersises you use here on the forum.
So I began experimenting with PE 3 weeks ago. The results are amazing. My body can handle the energy much better, because of the stimulation of the hormonal recovery system (I also massage the testicals and I did already a lot of kegeling)
Nice is that the penis looks, and is much bigger and healthier than before I started PE.
I must also say that I already knew an noticed that too frequent ejaculations causes a leak of energy which has a negative effect on the recovery after a serious workout. According to tantra and the secrets of the taoistische sexual exercises, the sperm of the male has the highest form of lifeforce of the malebody. Which means the sperm not only can cause a new lifeform(babies), but also has the highest potential of recovering the lifeforce on weak spots in the body itself. The ancient eastern scriptures say that the sperm in the testicals can be transformed into a substance called ojas. This kind of substance will travel up the spine via the dellicate systems of meridians (known from acupuncture) and this powerfull lifeforce will heal and regenerate. They even claim it can slowdown the proces of ageing.
For now I will keep Peing , because it has a great impact of stenghtning, not only my penis, but the whole recovery system.
status 07-02-2008 : before PE : length BPER -7,48 Girth : 5,51
after PE till :29-02-2008 : lenght BPER- 8,03 Girth; 5,75
I have a very high LOT and I am more a shower than a grower
regard to all
