Jeff: Good to hear about your gains. About tucking your penis between your legs at night, I personally don't recommend it. The reason being anything can happen while your asleep. . . and the last thing you want is to cut off all the blood flowing to your penis. Some guys say they are light sleepers and they can do the sleep-n-tuck thing without any risk, but not me.

About your 1 on, 1 off routine: That's a normal routine for weeks 2 and 3. The important thing, though, is that you have positive PIs.

Greetings and salutations all, I'm new here, just have 2 sessions under my belt but I had a couple of questions for the administrator: After I stretch and when I start the actual jelq, I would estimate that I am about 50% erect, what I would describe as a "chubby". About 2 min into my session, I am larger than I would be fully erect (both G and L but especially G) and my glans is as hard as a rock. Am I doing things correctly or should I get more erect before I start (I have mostly neutral indicators) and is the glans being so hard a concern?
Also, according to your survey, masturbating seems detrimental to achieving maximum gains. Does frequent intercourse have the same effect? IE: Is it the act of masturbating that stunts growth or is it just ejaculating in any manner? Thanks, look forward to growing soon...

vivalasvegas: Welcome to The Gym! About your questions:

1) As long as you are jelqing between the 50-80 percent erection range, you're on the right track. Your erection level will probably fluctuate quite a bit when you jelq.

2) Your glans being hard shouldn't be too much of a concern. How hard is your CS (the bottom chamber of your penis)? Also, make sure you aren't jelqing your glans.
