This is me..
I never in a million years thought i'd be trying this. I thought all pe, pills, everything was rubbish. I was content that i'd never be massive and that i had to live with what i was given, which isnt alot. I once saw something on tv about jelqing which really put me off. some guy had a length of thick dowl and was yanking and wrapping his dick around it in all manner of ways. It looked really deformed and the shock put me off of ever even considering the practice.
However over the last few days i've found this site, amongst others (thunder's etc) and i'm convinced (if not just from the pure persistance) that there must be something in this. Unless hundreds of people enjoy lying for years about their members then it just must be true.
It makes sense too from a weights and nutrition perspective. I'm a body builder and the concept is similar (although not the same) for the muscls elsewhere in your body. This means i'm sure i have the persistance and drive to do this routinely but i'm sure i'll get frustrated with lack of visible gains so i don't plan to measure often, just get into the habbit and make it part of my week.
Anyway down to the embarrasing nitty gritty. Measured last night (was not a comfortable thing for me to do). I'm semi-relieved to find that they're about average, but from experience in the gym showers etc, i'm definately small and It's the source of alot of angst for me.
BPEL : 6.25
EG : 4.5
FL : 4.5
FG : 3.5
I am starting with this routine:
Warm up - rice sock 5 mins
Stretches - 30 secs each way - out,up,left,down,right
Wet Jelq with baby oil - 3 sec reps for 10 mins
warm down - rice sock 5 mins
I'm going to be doing 2 days on and 1 off and will try practicing these kegals daily, for now 50 reps per day.
Let me know if there's anything wrong with this. I don't expect miracules but i'd love 7 in BPEL, i'd also love extra EG, and i know the GF would too. Would it be beneficial for me to do any JAI stretches daily at such an early stage? It's gonna be awkward as i'll be practicing stealth PE from the mrs of 4.5 years. Although its not so hard to explain the rice sock as i get alot of injurys from squatting etc at gym and i'll just say i have a persistant groin issue. lol.
Also finally, gripping the dude for the jelqing is hard work, as you see i've not got a large FG or FL so the jelq is short at best, especially if i stop 1" before glans.

, i am using the ok rip i just want to know where on the member is best to apply the pressure, top and bottom or sides (it seems awkward to do both as grip goes all the way around). I also appreciate that i shouldnt be squeezing too tight. Does anyone have an annalogy of the pressure required in the grip for optimal gains?
Anyway, thats my intro. phew. If i can just add a little confidence down there it would literally complete me and make my gf very happy (espcially if i could get some girth on my pencil dick lol. So basically i'm very hopefull for the future (if not sceptical).
Finally a question i have:
As a weight lifter i take ZMA (zinc, magnesium, Vitamin B6) supplements. These without doubt are (after protein) the most benefitial supplement for me as they make my sleep so much deeper, and supposedly can increase anabolism by up to 30% which of course helps my muslces repair stronger and faster over night, every night. As what you guys are effectively doing is promoting anabolism and repair in the cells of the penis to promote hypertrophy do you think this supplement will help me down there also?
