Yes, I'm positive it's the kegels, I get headaches during kegeling sessions, maybe I dont breath as much while doing the or something and it makes my head hurt.

That's weird, zmx. It's unfortunate too, as Kegels are no doubt that best PE exercise for your penis' health.

Yeah, it is unfortunate, I try to do them but I wont be able to do as many as people normally can. The head aches arent liek really intense or anything, they just come on slowly while I start kegeling.

One final question how long should I hold each kegal for. Im a beginner and I am worried about overdoing it and causing long term damage.

Travis: Start out with quick Kegels (1-2 seconds each) for the first week or two. After that, if you're able to hold it for longer, go for it. Try for 5 seconds at first, and then gradually move up to a minute or more.

To be honest I can hold a kegal for about 20 seconds or longer. If I start of to strong will thisv affect gains.

Travis: No. If you're able to Kegel for that long without overtraining, go for it.
