Is It OK to stretch everyday?

Goal : Flaccid - 5.0",BPEL - 7.5", EG - 6.5

Yes it is ok to stretch everyday. I go through a series of stretches 2-3 times a day when time permits. The ones that I do is the A-stretch and the assisted A-stretch and the bundle stretch.

Yes, it is the best way to gain length.

Yup, just dont pull it too hard like I did. Now I cant pull it for a while so this will slow me down a bit.

Start: 25.08.07
Length: 6.5" BPEL(6"NBPEL)
Girth: Unsure because I measured at the base instead of mid shaft.

Currently: 05.10.07
Length: 7.25" BPEL(6.75 NBPEL)
Girth: 5.125" @ the Midshaft.

Goals: By the end of 07.
Length: 7.50" BPEL(7" NBPEL)
Girth: 5.50" @ the Midshaft.

zmx: Don't feel too down! Frequent mini-breaks every few weeks or months probably help keep the gains coming in the long run.
