Litlle pain and question... Hi, Im now at my 6nd weeks of PE. I have somme litlle length and girth gain. But now my Break(The little skin that old the penis skin) has cut a little bit, should i stop Peeing until it recover or just doing it smoother..?
Because it hurts a little bit and i dont want it to get it worst!!
But I dont want to loose nothing...
And I was wondering if my routine was ok... My first routine was :
- 10 min Warmup in hot Shower
- All basic streches (down, left, strait, right up) 3 times each one 30 sec.
- 10 min Jelq
- 40 kegels I started the new one last week:
- 10 min Warmup in hot Shower
- basic streches (down, left, straight, right, up) each one 30 sec
5 rotary streches to the right
5rotary streches to the left
- basic streches (down, left, straight, right, up) each one 30 sec
5 rotary streches to the right
5rotary streches to the left
- basic streches (down, left, straight, right, up) each one 30 sec
-Flaccid bend : (down, left, right, up) with 2 fingers
(down, left, right, up) with 3 fingers
(down, left, right, up) with 4 fingers
- 10 min of Jelq
- 3x20 of Kegel towel raise.
