pwrsurg35,
Welcome to the PE Gym, you should still be doing the beginners routine until you think that you are ready for the advanced routine. The beginners exercises last about three (3) months.

pwr: Congratulations on your gains. I second Dustpan's recommendation, you'll want to continue with a beginner's routine. Try this one: http://www.pegym.com/free-penis-enla...ercise-routine

Alot of guys doing this probbaly jump into more intense workouts thinking they are gonna gain faster, but doing this may make your gains come slower because your body isnt healing enough before your next workout or you may injure yourself(Like I did).

Remember, good things take time.

Exactly

Although we can't blame you - it's in our nature to want to rush things. We're men. But just know by fighting that natural urge to "step it up a notch" early - you'll be gaining more in the long run.
