About warming up in days off

Hi there!

I was wondering if It would be beneficial to warm up for 10 minutes the days off in the routine. Heat is good for heal and maybe helps to growth faster, healtier and better.

But in other hand I read that remek not reccommend to warming down when you do your routine because it would hinder the gains and I was wondering if this will do too.

In summary (I don´t know how to explain me very well in english, sorry): It will be or not beneficial to warm up 10 minutes the rest days of our routine (without doing any pe)?

Kak: Heat is, in my opinion, beneficial for both the penis and gains. I'm not sure if it will help on your off days, but it might. If you have the free time, go for it. I surely don't think it will hinder gains if you warm up on your off days. It might not even hinder gains if you warm up after your routine, but I don't recommend it.

Also, kak. I have a question for you. Do you use the Spanish translator for our main site (the guide, articles, etc)? If so, does it translate the words correctly?

I´ve the time to warm up the days off in my routine, also it´s kinda comfortable to do it (I like to feel heat in that zone, lol). I prefer not to warming down because the total time of the routine.

About the translator: I didn´t use it because it´s more difficult to read THAT spanish than your english (LOL) . Spanish grammatical is too different that english one and the translation that makes a machine usually are too literally. The words are translated correctly but the order is not well at all, my apologies if my opinion discomfort you.

Nope, It´s almost impossible to do a correct translation not even the google translator, that uses an incredible technology do a correct one.

Think that both languages are quite differents. An expression that I get the other days says "It a pain in the ass" in spanish literally it means "es un dolor en el culo" that again in english means "I´ve pain in my ass" and the correct meaning and traduction in spanish of that sentences is "es un coñazo" ("coño" means "Pussy" in english and "coñazo" more or less will be "big pussy") So, as you can see, is quite impossible to do an automatic translation.

kak: Yea, we actually use the Google translator. It's coded into the site. I suppose if they can't get it right, no one else will be able to. . . Maybe in another 5 to 10 years?
