Default need a week off?

Its my 7nd weeks of pe, and iv been 4.5 nbp after streching like 2 weeks ago, now i cam back at my original size, with a lil more girth.

IM turtling alot after my workout. should i take week off, or it is justenormal

My workout is 3 set of basic strech (5 position each 30sec)
10 min jelq

I was kegeling the same day of my training, is it good, or should i do it the others days??

50 kegels, or 3X20 Towel kegel.

Lilpmp: So you gained, then increased the intensity, and then lost the gains? You might be overtraining. How about your erections, are they weaker as well?

Lilpmp: Turtling isn't necessarily a negative sign that you're overtraining. Since you're still experiencing rock-hard erections, I wouldn't suggest taking any time off just yet. Give the routine a few more weeks and see where you're at. Who knows, the turtling may be a sign of future growth (it is for some men).
