Me. Like yourself, I overtrained when I first started kegeling. I didn't use the exercise for a while after that, and then I learned that strong pelvic floor muscles help build stamina
and hardness.
Since you overtrained and experienced premature ejaculation, you already know that your pelvic floor muscles play a crucial roll in how long you last in the sack. When you overtrained, you had weak pelvic floor muscles - and you ejaculated even quicker. When you have strong pelvic floor muscles, the opposite is true - you last longer in the bedroom.
