looking for a workout plan Hi guys,
I'm new to this site and forum, and really interested in getting started with PE. I have read the article on the exercises, but not sure how much to do, and what routine i should follow.
I was hoping someone could share their beginner workout plan with me, how many reps and sets of each exercise did you start off doing, and how often you did you do them per week? this would be very helpful for me, and appreciated.
