If you read carefully through active and archived threads in various PE forums, it becomes clear that a gain of one inch is tough to get, two inches very rare, anything more is something akin to winning a big lottery pot. Generally speaking, those claiming the most remarkable gains refuse to offer photos, or foolishly offer badly Photoshoped pics, or are trying to sell something with the implication that you, too, will maybe gain enormously (if you buy what they sell). There is little point in trying to draw analogies with modification of other body parts, as the penis is complex and unique unto itself.
It's often advocated that when you tire of PE, or reach your limit, a maintenance routine (e.g. light jelqing) can be beneficial in keeping your erectile quality as good as possible. Otherwise, there's no reason not to stop PE if you feel it's of no longer benefiting you. |

Rep Power: 10 | Handcramp: Welcome to The Gym! Good post.
My thoughts: - 1 inch in either direction (length and girth) or both directions is, as Yeap says, typical.
- Gaining 1 inch in either direction plus some in the other direction is harder to get and almost always takes work (beyond newbie gains), but is definitely possible.
- 2 inches in either direction (length and girth) isn't extremely common, but I've talked to a lot of men who have gained it - and they weren't selling anything. Here's a quick list of a few guys off the top of my head:
- Dustpan
- Big Girtha
- Avocet8
- YGuy (this guy gained the most out of anyone I've talked to - he reportedly increased his size 5-fold)
- Piet
- Higherone
- Dino9X7
- Mr. Fantastic
- xenolith
- Beyond 2 inches is definitely tough. It not only takes hard work, but it often takes a lot of other principles, such as decon breaks.
- Also, as a side note, several men don't even gain an inch. For whatever reason - they increased the intensity too quickly and sent their penis in a defensive shock, they didn't increase the intensity enough, or whatever - some men just can't gain. And some men gain, then hit a plateau. This is usually more common. My goal with the PE survey and future surveys is to decode some of this mystery. Hopefully we can find out why some gain and why some don't. . .

Rep Power: 0 | if everyone that did it kept a journal, with the stretch, and a % of strength they think they used pulling, maybe that will help. As much detail to the stretching as possible is needed to decide on what the typical gians and if anyones gains are effected differantly by differant techs. |

Rep Power: 10 | runningriot: You would think that would help, but the amount of stretch to cause gains is generally different for every man. There are so many variables when it comes to PE, and the strength of the pull isn't one of the key ones. This article goes over the big ones: http://www.pegym.com/index.php?optio...essfully+saved. |

Rep Power: 2 | Hey just wondering, I've read (and this isn't on websites trying to sell pills or knock exercises but knock all Penis Enlargment) that PE is useless. When I consider how amazing the body is at building muscle, skin elasticity in general and considering piercings, and how some cultures can stretch even their necks, it gives me hope that I can do the same when it comes to PE. Obviously I'm not knocking PE b/c I just started and even after reading negative feedback will continue to perform it until i find out if its true. I guess what I'm trying to ask is if those sights are telling the truth, and there really is no proof that PE can increase your size? If you want references I pretty much just googled the topic and one of the articles I read I believe came from MensHealth. |
