My routine and what is deconditioning? I read on quik4life thread that he was deconditioning, but am just wondering what that is? i know what cementing just not deconditioning.
Also one more question, is it better to stretch after you have jelqed? or does it not make a difference?
My routine at the momment is:
*10 minute warm up in the shower
*10 minute stretching
*10 minutes doing an A-stretch
*10 minutes jelqing
*and finish of with doing 50 kegels
I normaly go 1 day on and then take a day off and repeat, at the end of every 2 weeks i take 2-3 full days off just incase am overtraining. I have only started this 2 weeks ago but i only knew about the A-stretch atm.
Atm ive allready noticed a difference, When i measured b4 2 weeks ago i was 6 inches on the line, but i was pressing down as hard as i could on the pubic bone, now i just measure without pushing down and i still messure 6 inches, i know its a very small difference but for 2 weeks i think its pretty good. It could all be in my head but i deffinetly have better errections. Am going to take a next meassure ment on the 1st of november and see how it goes then. |
