donut/excess of skin

Isnt donut ( PE INJURY )a simple excess of skin ??? if not please explain

I wouldn't say that it is a injury, it might be a combination of excess skin and fluid build up. Dose it accumulate just before the head of the penis?

Dustpan, yes thats just before the head , and a small part of the penis, not all of it.

no dusty, it doesnt . i just asked because i havent had any injurie so far, but i wanted to be ready when the first want possibly appear. but it really doesnt hurt.

Luis: Yea, the donut effect isn't an injury. It's typically just fluid build up. It can occur from masturbating as well. It usually goes away within minutes to a few hours.
