Rep Power: 3 | Bigginners Concearn, Need Advice Hi, I'm new to PE but I learned a lot of useful exercises before starting. Unfortunately I didn't find a site like this until a little over a week of PE which told me how to do them correctly and how to pace myself. As someone who goes to the gym and wants to add muscle size, I use the concept of lift heavy, and do high reps occasionally to add muscle definition. I applied the same concept to my PE workout and have only taken off one day so far, but have worked out very hard using a few advanced techniques as well as using the kegel every day. Within the past 2 days I can still get a full erection but I have to really focus my mind, unless I'm with my G/F and I'm completely and utterly horny. It's usually around 85-90% when I'm alone. I read on this site that starting too intense as a beginner can be more harmful than beneficial + i only warmed up 2x out of my 6 days of workouts. Basically my question is did jelqing and stretching to hard and not taking enough breaks in my first week cause permanent damage? I was pulling as hard as i could for the light stretches and only felt moderate pain when doing the clockwise rotations. when I got to the top left and right it almost felt like a small clicking pain, which subsided when I applied pressure with my other hand even as I continued the motion. Sorry for all this information at once, I just wanted to know if I could have caused permanent damage, and even if not, should I take a few extra days off of my PE routine since I started so intense? Also curious if anyone here has seen fairly significant gains while still having sex/masturbating several times a week. Any help would be really appretiated, thank you. |

Rep Power: 5 | Stop what you are doing right now. You need to take a break until your erections gets back to normal and seriously reevalueate your PE approach. In PE you generally want to use low to moderate force and more time/reps, not the other way around. I'm 3 years into PE and even I don't stretch as hard as I can.
1. Forget what you do in a gym, this is different
2. Stop pulling that hard, use low or moderate force
3. Always use heat in PE
Have you read the beginners guide? http://www.pegym.com/free-penis-enla...uide/beginners |

Rep Power: 5 | You wont know until you take a break and wait and see. It's probably only temporary, it usually is. |

When you are stretching or jelqing you are not to have any pain after you finish your routine. Take a break from PEing until you feel that you can start over again. Your pain is from over doing your workout and trying to gain to fast. PEing take time over a period 3-6 months as a Newbie, there is a conditioning period that everyone has to endure. Good Luck and stay strong.

Rep Power: 3 | Thanks for your replies. Yea it went away after one day. It really wasn't that bad. I've read though that It's normal to get little red spots and other fatigued feelings, none of which I get unless I go harder. I'm switching it up going soft, and even though I went slightly more aggressive on my first week, I already saw a difference in my flaccid size and a much much more pronounced vain. I'm definitely going to take this sites approach and go softer like they say. (better to be safe than sorry.) Just wondering, I've read about people making gains on forums and such but is it really true? I've read in non bias health journals that there is no clear evidence to state that PE works and that it does not. Personally I feel that It makes sense that over time it should lengthen and strengthen given the nature of the exercises. just wondering if maybe anyone here has been doing them correctly for a significant amount of time and not seen any gains. Also, the site says do not do any advanced techniques for a while but I'd like to do the curved jelqs. I've tried once and it feels comfortable and non stressful; does anyone think it's OK to continue those?

Rep Power: 10 | HealthNFitn3ss: Good to hear everything cleared up. As Dicko says, it almost always does.
"Is penis enlargement true?" Yes, but it's not a quick fix, that's for sure. By the way, what health journals did you read that states PE doesn't work? |

Rep Power: 3 | It was several days I was in the library with some free time searching google. I believe that one of them came from a site called menshealth or something like that. |

Rep Power: 10 | Yea - most places think it's a crock. I've been looking forever, though, for a scientific journal that talks about it. I can't find one. |

Rep Power: 10 | Also: About the curved jelqs, I wouldn't do them yet. You already overtrained once. Stick with the beginner's routine for a while. Trust us when we say you'll gain more if you don't rush into it. |
