Ok just did my routine and the 2 min CD.

After the cool down, my penis is a bit longer and thicker than normal flaccid. Since the CD was only 2 mins, my penis doesnt feel hard, but rather still pliable and soft.

Sound good?

After some reading about this topic i started my newbie routine with a cooldown to finish up. I only started this weeks and i do my routine in the shower.

I start off with a warm up, do my exercises then i turn off the hot water and focus the cold water on my johnson, In your opinions, is this a viable option for PE? Should i use colder water (or wrapped up ice)?

hrm I have read all about cooldowns, but i think instead of exposing your penis to extreme cold temps. i.e. ice or cold washcloths. I think the best idea would be a slighty cooler than room temperature. i think this would lower the penis core temp down to below normal but would be much more comfortable. If the penis is lower to below body temperature then its essentially doing the same thing as a cool down. I thought of this today because i do my routine in the shower and sitting in cold water isnt quite the best

I think the goal here is to "solidify" the collagen. Heating collagen puts it in a more pliable soft state which is easier to stretch. So the process is too elevate the penis core temp as much as possible without burning, stretch, and then hold the stretch and cool back down. Colder should be better in that the colder the collagen is the less likely it is to return to the previous resting state. That is why ice and cold packs are recommended. The ice and cool packs help accelerate the process.

I use a ice cold bowl of water for a few minutes for a cool down and my penis still seems soft but I think I spent too long and it contracted.

Actually it was the reverse. I copied this one over to TPs. There were several threads discussing cooling down and
I couldn't resist adding what we have learned here. I'm have really good success with it.

Yeap: Iguana's not in this to hoard information here, and either am I. There's no reason to compete with any site, especially one that I consider our "partner" (and a leader) in the free PE world.

When a man needs help and if we're able to offer advice, in a way it's our responsibility to do so - regardless if it's here, TP, MOS, MNS, CC or one of the dozen or so forums out there.

The penis has to be elongated while cooled right for maximum affect? Wouldn't this cool down with ice cold water make the penis contract a little? I did this earlier and thats what happened but not too much it seems fine. I just want to make sure you are all experiencing this too.
