Hi, I found this site almost a week ago, right after I started PE. My starting stats are FL- 4.8"in NBPEL- 7"in EG- 6.2"in. As my name suggests I'm mainly into being healthy and fit so I'm doing these excercies largely to maintain a healthy penis and to not have trouble later on in life as I hear many men do (I'm only 18). I would also like to build more stamina and of course If I gain size that's a big bonus as well. I did want to ask though, it is said that building a stronger PC muscle can increase stamina but for me my stamina is extremely varied. Without exaggeration Sometimes I can last 30-40 minutes and then there are days which are I only endure for 2-5 minutes, which is much more common. Does anyone have any Idea why that is?
