Since you haven't started PE yet, you'll want to use the
beginner's guide. It helps with both girth and length.
Regarding a guestimation of how long it will take you to gain: There's really no telling. You might gain it in a few months if you're an easier gainer. On the other hand, it might take you years if you're a hard gainer.
