Caffeine and effects

I remember seeing a discussion on the forums about caffeine being a vaso-constrictor, I would have posted there but I couldn't find it. Anyway I was just wondering that if the effects of caffeine only last a short while, If you PE several hours before/after the consumption of caffeine do you think it would still have some type of adverse effect, even if it were very minute. I know this is all just speculation but just wondering what anyone has to offer on the subject.

The bottom line: There's really not a solid official answer if it would be beneficial or harmful. It could be either or. Either way, men who have consumed a lot of caffeine have gained and men who haven't consumed a lot of caffeine have also gained.

No problem, Health . . . That discussion was buried deep in a thread about cannabis (an unlikely place).

Also, for future reference, you may be able to find what you're looking for by using the Google Search in the bottom left hand corner of the forum. We are currently testing it out and working out the bugs, but it should be up and running for the most part.
