Default Overtraining?

Hey guys, new PE'er here, this is just my 2nd week. I started on another site where the noobie routine was 2on, 1 off with 5 mins stretching and 150 wet jelqs.

I tried that at first, but my penis started aching so i figured i was overtraining. I backed off to 1 day on and 1 day off with 5 mins stretching and 200 wet jelqs per session.

I am no longer experiencing any pain, but my erections dont seem to be as strong. Like when I masturbate, my penis feels like its filled with more blood than usual, but i just cant get it 100% erect, only about 90%.

Is this a sign of overtraining?

If it is, should i modify my routine into 1 day on, 2 days off, each sessions 200 wet jelqs (2-3 secs each) and 5 mins stretching?

Tdkx,
Welcome to the PE Gym, nice to have you on board.

I would check your PI's, because it sounds like you might be overtraining. You shouldn't have pain from the exercises. What is your stretching routine like?

Try doing 1 day on and 2 days off with your 200 jelqs

Right, I do not have pain from my penis anymore ever since I went to 1 on and1 off. But, it seems like my erections arent as hard as they could be.

My stretching routine is the newbie one, pull straight out for 30 secs, then to the left/right/up/down, then repeat again for 2 sets.

But I guess Ill move into 1 day on, 2 days off for now. Anyone else is welcome to add feedback.

Thanks guys.

Tdkx: Welcome!

Are your erections still not at 100 percent? If they aren't, you'll want to stop PE completely until they return to normal. Your penis is a lot like your muscles in the fact that it needs rest to recover and grow.

Once your erections are back to being normal, then start with the 1 on, 2 off.

Just wondering. After my first PE session my veins looked more pronounced already and with that I saw that I had what I would call a vericose vein in my penis. I saw you refer to thrombosed veins in the PI section. These aren't the same are they? Could it be that my vein is simply a vericose vein and not a thrombosed vein? it doesn't hurt, and its been with me since I started PE. You really only can tell while I'm jelqing and the veins are filled to their capacity.

Health: Your veins are probably just bigger and more profound. This is a common side effect when PEing. As long as the vein isn't hard, red, hot, and painful, you shouldn't have a problem.

It doesn't hurt and it doesn't even stay consistent I can kind of push the spot out, but its a very small vein, one of the few which I can see no color on actually, and when it gets that small formation in it, it is very hard but does not hurt. It's only there towards the middle-end of my PE sessions.

It's probably not thrombosed. Just keep a close eye on it. If it gets worse, take a few days off.

I moved down to 5 minutes of stretching(regular) 12 minutes of jelqing(maybe 300 reps+) and 5 rotary stretches to the right and then to the left, then I like to do a head exercise followed by a cool cloth wrap over my extended penis. I'm also on 1 day on 2 days off with 300 kegels every day. I expect to see some serious resuls in the end. I already see the effects of this routine. I might try to throw in a 2 week de-conditioning period at the end of every month, that would put me on a 6 week cycle.

Sounds good, bod. Good luck with your new routine. Keep us updated on the vein.
