hard gainer ?? Am i a hard gainer ?? Please guys tell me sincerely
I started PE 4 months ago, and i changed my routine 3 times
but my basic routine is
4 minutes - hot shower
5 minutes - stretching all angles ( up, down, right, left )
then 3 hours later
2 minutes - hot shower
5 minutes - jelqing ( last week am doing something alike horse squeezes ( one hand torniqete and the other squeeze )
50 kegels during the day
I do this 5 days on and 2 off in a week.
My gains
erect - 1cm in the first month ( if not less than 1 cm ) then no more gains
flacid - it was 8 cm now 10,5 cm ( it seens the only thing is working for me is flacid gains )
So tell me , am i a hard gainer ?? and if so what can i do ?? what should i change ?? some men say that they firstly had flacid gains before erect gains, but in 4 months of PE i think i should already be gaining gains in erect state too |
