Default Increase frequency or length of workout?

Hey guys, I started PE at the beginning of this December. Ive been doing 1 day/2 days off -> and now Ive progressed to 1 day on/1 day off with positive PIs. I think I might have gained, but im not sure if I was measuring the same way I did the first time.

My question is, to increase the intensity of my routine, should I up the number of days a week I PE? Or should I increase the time I spend PEing per session?

My current routine is:
5 min warm up
2 sets of regular stretching
200 wet jelqs
5 min cool down

I do this 3 times a week right now, I figure I should start increasing the intensity in late Dec/January.

Any thoughts?

My guess is if you're seeing positive PIs or at least neutral, there is no ned to bump up the routine yet. You might want to throw an extra set of stretches in there to make it 3 full sets. Other than that I see no need to increase yet. If you can still get some gains out of this routine you should stick with it, only when the gains stop or it's been at least 3 months then I would bump it up. Right now I do
5 Min. warm up(hot towel)
3 sets of stretching
300 or 12 minutes of 3 second wet jelqs at 50% erect
5 Min. cool down
1 day on 2 days off.
I'm getting consistant PIs from this. Good luck

Tdkx: It's all up to you. You could either add more time or do more days. Or you could do as bod suggests (and many men do this), wait until the gains stop and then increase. I would personally slowly increase the intensity by moving to a 1 on, 1 off schedule.
