Default Need advice

I started PE'ing on 06/10/07 my initial routine was warm up with a warm sock, 5 minutes jelqing, mild stretching and 50 5 second kegals on a one day on two days off basis. My routine now consists of the same warm up, 15 minutes jelqing and 50 20 second kegals on a two days on two days off basis. I have noticed positive PI's but as of yet the gains have been minimal, my starting length was and still is 6" although I have seen small gains in girth. Is there anything I am doing wrong and is there any advice that anyone can give me.

Travis,

I see you mention "mild stretching" in your initial routine but no stretching at all in your current routine. While jelqing alone can give some length gains, it is usually much more effective when combined with a good manual stretching routine.

I would try changing up your routine to include 15 to 20 minutes of fairly intense stretch. Make sure you do a very thorough warm up before (hot as possible without burning skin) and reapply heat throughout your session (for both jelqing & stretching) Then, after your workout, while in a stretched state, add a cool compress for 5 -10 minutes.

Thanks for the advice, I still do mild stretching my current stretching program is 5 mild rotary stretches in each direction. What is a cool compress?

Travis, you're most welcome! I have to say after 6 months of PEing you are probably fairly conditioned and the "5 mild rotary stretches" are probably not going to be very effective. I would try to up that as suggested. I think you'll get much better results.

A cold compress is just a cold cloth/towel or ice pack. The idea is to cool the tissue in an extended state.

Im from England and the date thing is different here I actually started on 6th of October not the 10th of June. One other thing that I think might be affecting my gains is masturbation I find it very difficult to give up or even cut down.

Travis, it's hard to say. I would give it a few weeks. If you still aren't seeing gains start slowly increasing the time or intensity.
