Default More Rest? How To Know If Overtraining?

I consider myself a more experienced PE excerciser at this point and do a pretty intense 30-40 minute workout on my on days. Have been concerned with not allowing enough rest for growth. Hardly ever take two days in a row off. Usually at least three straight days with a session and one day off. Or four straight days with a session and one day off. Any suggestions?

LastLaugh, My first question would be are you getting any gains? How long have you been PEing? How long have you been with the 3 on 1 off / 4 on 1 off routine? How are your PIs? If you are concerned with over-training you might try including 2 off in your routine for a few weeks and see if you notice any improvement/difference.

Also check out this article: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Growth! - Penis Enlargement Gym . . . Your PIs are the best indicator if you're overtraining or not.

I have been PEing since maybe June/July with ten min jelq sessions but only found and joined this site recently. I have noticed incredible gains from my standpoint. From 4.5 to 6.25 just through pills and jelqs. In many ways I have felt I have hit a plateau, as getting to seven seems to be very difficult. I notice internal stretches and a-stretches being the most effective, but feel getting flaccid length is by far the toughest hurdle I've had to face.

LastLaugh: You may want to try wrapping your penis throughout the day or getting an ADS/extender to help with the flaccid gains.
