I tell my friends - there's nothing to be ashamed of . . . most guys - especially gym guys - are into it. I just let them know there's another way to improve their body through PE.

When I first learned of PE way back when (before I started this site), I told several people. The conversation was akward for some, but several guys I talked to were thankful. If you think they'd want the information, then they'll no doubt be happy you let them in on this underground community.
